"Oh, ok..." I uncross my legs and hop off my chair, cup in hand. Moving to the sink I rinse it out, clean it, and put it away before returning to the table. "You sure you don't want that sandwich now?" I ask with a smile, standing by the chair I was sitting in moments ago.

John sighed gently. "Fine, I'll take the sandwich." He smirked lightly up at her.

My smile widens as I turn towards the counter. After rummaging around for the ingredients for a PB & J in the cabinets, I lay them out on the table and lather them on. Once finished I clean up and walk over, sandwich in hand, to John. "There, its my specially made, super hard recipe that I thought I'd take the time to have you try!" I say sarcastically, a big grim spread across my face.

John chuckled gently and took a bite of the sandwich. "good." He said with a smirk. He began to eat the rest of the sandwich and smiled once he finished it. "thanks." He said.

I smile and chuckle, turning to look around the room. The kitchen was a good size with lots of counter space, perfect for a family. I shake my head slightly before ploping down in a chair, wishing to be outside. Normally - before the infection - I was outside practicly 247. I just love the fresh air and truthfully, I like taking risks. My old house was out more in the boonies in a smallish forest. I always loved climbing the big pine trees, even though they came with sap, to the very top branches. It felt like I was on the top of the world from up there, swaging in the breeze above most of the trees. Glanceing out the window, I stifle a yawn, heart longing to be out there, even with the dangers.

John looked up to Fabian with a curious look. "You okay?" He asked her with a curious look. He saw she had a blank stare on her face, as if she were thinking of something important, or dear to her. He knew the look, and he wasn't sure whether she wanted to stay in the day dream, or be pulled out of the day terror.

I turn and look a John with a blank stair for another few seconds before snapping out of it with intake of air. "Um...What? Oh, yea...Im fine...just wishing I was outdoors, sorry I zoned out" i reply, removing my hand from twisting and playing with my hair.

"Oh..." John looked outside. "Yeah, I miss being able to go outside without having to watch my back."

smile flashes across my face as I glance back outside. "My brother and I had this big old pine tree near our backyard in Michigan, it was taller than everything else. We used to climb it all the way to the top and sway in the breeze on the top branches. It was a lot of fun..." I fade off at the end, a smile from the memory brushing my face.
