I have a question so does this mean that all of her horses are getting changed including the ones she free drawn? Like her very first horses or are they staying the same i am unclear about that part.....

all of her horses on the site are all heavily referenced/traced and need to be replaced.
that is what is being discussed, along with other reasons on the side.

Along with the zebras and the roadkill foal? I heard a rumor that those pets were not going to change over to the Yulynh lineart.

If someone could just confirm this, that would be wonderful ^w^"

There will be a second poll to discuss the fate of certain special horses I believe.

There is no reason for you to badger other users for voting the way they want. If you do not agree with their opinion/reasons, then complain elsewhere. They have every right to vote as they see fit as you do.

oh no.. One of my favorite horses will look terrible with Yul's lineart... (not bashing Yul) I just can't picture it looking good.. oh man I hope I am wrong..

I think it could look cute. Maybe they could lengthen the mane on the yulynh lines to show it off a bit better? Some of the designs could definitely be difficult to transfer over, but I think if the artists get creative they'll be able to figure everything out and not ruin anyone's favorites. ^^

excuse me? i'm not "odd" and i already know what a draft looks like. Drafts are gentle giants, I think the old linearts portraits that better

Unfortunately the old lines are still stolen, so they are not an option anymore.

If the issue was them being stolen, then this should have happened a while ago.

The fact that they're stolen is part of the issue, and not one that should be ignored just because CS failed to act upon it until now. Yes, the lines should have been changed awhile ago, but for whatever reason they weren't. CS handled the situation pretty poorly and just swept all accusations of tracing under the rug until now. The past few days have literally been the only chance we've had to discuss the traced lines freely on the site, though quite a few members were aware of it long before this point.
Just because CS was slow to act upon it, doesn't mean that they've missed their chance or that the tracing is irrelevant.
It's still important, and it's still an issue that many of us would like to see dealt with appropriately.

The front page doesn't tell people anything about the tracing issue, it doesn't give any detail or insight at all (which I think should be fixed).

Hi KM, didn't expect to see you here! Anyway, sorry about the spam, I just received a rare Equimagine horse(one of the not traced ones) that was my dreamie since forever. All you who posted Yes, put yourselves in my shoes currently. You just received a birthday gift and it contains a dream pet of yours, and a rare one too. But you know that many people want to change that pet and move it to a less-favoured line art. They want to delete all the cuteness that you have been searching for and finally got! What would you do? Try to stop the change, or watch your pet and all the time you spent searching pretty much go down the CS Unwanted Art Toilet. I hope this will maybe show some people how those who voted No feel, maybe for reasons similar to mine, not just assuming that they like art theft or any other untrue/not nice things you might want to say about them for opposing your opinion. And PurpleBones88, the horse you posted doesn't use a traced line art, or at least the proofs say not.

if this whole "traced" dealio was as big as a problem as everyone is making it, then they would have gotten rid of the lines as soon as it was clear it was an issue. to me, anyways, it used to not be a big deal, and now everyone is dramatically freaking out and trying to make this is thing worse than it is.

It's not certain what's going to happen with the zebras and Roadkill PPS, but it seems that the zebras might get their own species-specific lines (instead of being transferred to Yulyhn pony lines) and the Roadkill PPS might be kept or given a unique lineart, since it would lose its entire point if put on the new foal lines.
