Okay guys, I'm going to stop that argument the best I can. They have a lot of muscle to equal what they are used to pulling. You might only see draft crossbreeds, or you might only see pure drafts. It all depends on perspective.

excuse me? i'm not "odd" and i already know what a draft looks like. Drafts are gentle giants, I think the old linearts portraits that better

all of her horses on the site are all heavily referenced/traced and need to be replaced.
that is what is being discussed, along with other reasons on the side.

Being the CS newbie I am, I haven't been around nearly long enough to actually acquire any of the older horses. So I guess the change wouldn't really affect me. But still, I'm very sad to see the lines go. There's something special in seeing (or having) a pet whose lines are so different from the rest. They pop out with all their specialness and I expect their owners are proud to have one.

Although I see why the change would be better for the site. Despite the nostalgia surrounding the old lines, new lines would benefit the pets. Items would fit them, and lets be honest, the new lines are a lot, well, prettier than the old ones. In my opinion. No offense to the artists.

I guess I view it similar to computer stuff. The old version isn't compatible with the new version, so instead to leaving the old in the dust, obsolete and only an antique collector's item, the CS staff are bringing them up to speed. Not to mention escaping possible copyright infringements.
