John: I smiled a bit, giving the princess' hand a gentle but hopefully reassuring squeeze. During times like these, a person could sometimes need strength from others. I wanted to do everything that I could to help my betrothed.

Kailanna: I run back to the palace and make my self as princesslike as possible, the doors open and a page speaks "Her royal highness the princess and His Royla highness Prince John" as we enter my hands treamble slighty

John: I matched the princess' pace, almost understanding her hurry to see her mother. I felt her hand tremble a bit and gave it another very gentle squeeze.

Kailanna: I walk over to my mother who lay on the bed, I sit on the chair next to her, "Mother I am here", she looked at me dazed and confused "Kailanna, no Kailanna is dead" she said, I took her hand "No mama i am alive: She looked horrifed and began to yell about ghosts and demons.

John: I watched closely, allowing the princess' hand to slip out of mine as she approached the bed upon which her ill mother lay. The queen seemed to be hallucinating.
