Changing the lineart from Equi's to Yulgnh's isn't dealing with the obvious art theft.
CS is a team of artists - you all address the art theft that normal users commit all the time by giving them a warning and locking the topic or deleting the art itself.
I see this as only a way for the website to condone art theft - why change the lineart? Why not the design entirely?

Ouch, that could be viewed as a little harsh, just a heads up ^^;

The designs are either natural designs (you can't really copyright an appaloosa or pinto or something--not like you can copyright having a swirl on the shoulder and a star on the leg and arrows on the back, for example) or designs that equi came up with herself, I believe
Spread the word to end the word, because discrimination based on perceived or actual IQ/"intelligence" is no better than discrimination based on race, gender, etc.

Context, consistency, and clear antecedents are golden.
I neither read nor speak between the lines. But I will analyze your language.

Because it's not fair to the users who have traded for equimagine horses. How would you feel if you traded for, say, a ur tigerdog, but suddenly it was deleted because the design was stolen?
Besides, the linearts were stolen, not her designs.

If someone creates a new character but they create it on stolen lines, the one on the stolen lines would be locked but there's nothing at all wrong with redoing that character design on new lines. ;3

Because the designs aren't what Equi copied. She traced the lines, the designs were her own.

A little offtopic, but where are people getting those cute 'say yes' signatures?

A man may fight and not be slain
A man may court a pretty girl
And perhaps be welcomed back again
But since it has so ought to be
By a time to rise and a time to fall
Come fill to me the parting glass
Good night and joy be with you all"

Aperture's is gorgeous, but I'm looking for one with the new draft vs the older one? c:
