You just press 'Colourmein', and it loads the drawing on ChibiPaint. Then you just colour it as you wish!'

Just go to the Lock Alpha Colour layer (or it might be base colour, not sure) and tick the lock alpha box, before going crazy with colours! It works like that for most editables.
