I like both ideas and I think it would be awesome to be able to turn the old horses into the newer lines!
I'd probably stare at them for hours looking at how cool they look when they change.

But at the same time, I think I'd miss the old lines.

Does anyone think that we'd be able to see more patterns on the horses before they change (if they do)?

I'd like to see some more to make sure I am happy with the ETP!

I love the drafts and love the idea of having new unicorn, donkey and zebra lines! I am so excited! (I have always wanted new unicorn and zebra lines! Maybe they might let us adopt some new ones some time in the future!!!)

The only other example that's been posted so far is the bunny draft, though apparently Sorren has several more hidden up her sleeve. :3

@ above, the Arabian horse lines are a possibility, but there is the issue of them being store pets which people paid to get and might not be happy to now have widely available for free. However, there are other breed edits of the Yulyhn lines, as well as the possibility of new edits, so there might be something done along those lines. :3

One of them matches up perfectly and that's impossible to do without tracing.

There's a link to it in one of my posts a few posts back.
She already admitted to tracing them, anyway.
I just want this whole mess of a poll to be over with.
This discussion is a waste of time, they're going to be changed anyways.

I hope so *w* Most people seemed to have a really positive response to that, so I hope it gets a look into!

Thank you so much!

These look wonderful!!! I'll look out for more, but as for now, I think I'd like to change my vote from no to yes!

You're completely on topic, so no worries. c:

I have heard it mentioned as a possibility, but no official word as to what they will do. The major hitch to that plan was the arabian lines were created for store-only horses, but I admit I think it's a brilliant plan and would keep some of the original equimagine charm.

@PurpleBones and linktothepast - just take a deep breath, ok? None of us are here to convict equimagine... she already admitted her wrongdoing and worked that out with Tess. The tracing and lack of proper respect for reference already happened, we know that, so we can all get on the same page. What people are talking about in this thread is what happens next, more or less. A lot of us think that since the dubious lineart is still in use, that is a good reason to make the switch. I hope I explained that adequately. Let's try not to get too angry at one another and give the mods headaches.

I'd probably go through all the older horses and check out the new changes, I kinda think this would be a good idea, the current horses that come out now are more realistic and I like that better, but everyone has their own opinions

On a little more positive note, and to take a break from the back and forth.

I actually love the idea of change and personally thought it was a long time coming.

The old linearts have always been plagued with the allegations of art theft, so it will be nice to move past it as a total and have the issue never come up again. ( I'm sure everyone on both sides is tired of arguing about it)

I don't think so and I hope not. The natural colored designs would look too much like the store horse that people paid real money for. Also the pointbof this is item compatiblity so it would kinda ruin the point.

When people say 'Arabian Linearts', are they talking about the store pets in February 2011?
