Considering the list is made up by the Mods, I can see why. Plus they are all pretty cool and really rare pets and to have them suddenly change would be quite awful. It would be like the Cerberus being changed into the normal dog lines...it just wouldn't work! I mean really, can you imagine having the rainbow mane turn into a normal looking horse? I cant.

I truly hope Tess locks this soon and puts up the new poll so we can be done with this rehashing of arguments.

^That. Also, it's not exactly being changed, the design will remain the same, just improved slightly/touched up. It's just going on a new lineart.

If you love it so much, save it to your computer to look at and remember.

Personally, I'd be ecstatic if I were you. What's so horrible about your favorite pet being put on a lineart that's not traced?

I'm sure the lines will end up changing because a lot of the new users prefer the new lineart.
This saddens me. :c I've always preferred the old lineart. Rainbow manes & those old adorable PPS ponies just won't seem the same.

Okay, I have had enough of this. It is not only the new users who prefer the change! I joined CS while Equimagine was here and I never liked the horses. I know that goes for many older members, they are hard to get rid of, and frankly, before this came up, only a handful cared to collect them.

I have an Equimagine Hoard and I can not wait for them to change into more detailed horses.

There is only one horse on the list that is Equis, the RBM

And hardly anyone cared before, few people collected them and most just sat in trade groups.

No, the PPS Buckskin is on the advent list. And is the Dice PPS on advent or not? I can't remember. So, there are 2, or maybe 3 of the horses on the lists. ^^"

So logically they wouldn't be hesitant to notify the photographers once they found out... Right? O.o

And that would be their opinion. Saying the only ones aren't as high quality as the current ones is true, and if they don't like them as much as the newer ones that's fine.

Personally I like both, but the new ones much more so.

There's not much point in quoting this on every page..unless one of us is someone who emailed the photographer, we won't know. If you're really that curious, make a post on the CS tag and ask.
But that was so long ago, I doubt anyone remembers.

I think this quote fits quite well, change is a good thing, lots of sites do this, we need to improve and move on. Yes, some will be unhappy, but more will be happy.
