You are one person though and that so said stolen art has been here for many many years. By giving the user a choice to openly switch lines when they wish they could do sobmuch more.... Many users adore the lines equimagine created and wether or not it was stolen as tess stated before she didnt mean any harm... It will settle both arguments instantly because you dont ever have to pick equimagines lines if you dont want to.....

The fact of the matter is copyright infringement is a serious matter, and it has been said a few times that the original photographers of the images equi used have been contacted about it. It could potentially cause legal action to be taken against CS... and I for one do NOT want that!

The site wouldn't be shut down just to clear things up.
But I have to agree that there's way too much fighting going on here. :( It makes me sad to see so much frustration back and forth.

You guys who don't care if it is art theft obviously have NO idea how it feels to have your artwork stolen or used by someone without permission. I've had people take my videos without my express permission and reupload them, not even giving me credit for them, when I even SAID not to upload them again without my permission.

I'm also an amateur photographer, and while my photos have never been traced or taken before (and I doubt they ever will be), I would feel rather pissed off about it if someone didn't credit me or ask me. Photography IS an art, learn that.

Saving them to my computer for my use is stealing in its own... So your argument is invalid... Plus i never said i liked equinagines lines... I voted yes but people like your are tempting me to change suck a vote...
Plus, its not until now it was brought up. The lines were made and people loved the poses....
Think about other people... Not yourself...

Might anyone support the image changing to your own will idea? It should be easier on the staff to just put up an optional link on your pets info where you can change your pets image from equimagine to the new lines(vice versa) whenever you wish...? Those whom dislike equimagine can change out the lines and be happy with what the have instead of completely erasing the lines existance...

I don't have too many Equimagine horses, but I'm looking forward to this one being revamped. My boyfriend has a thing for black holes, so I saved this one in honor of him. (:

This one will be nice to see as well.
