Just picked up The Looking Glass wars, focusing on Alyss Heart, a Wonderland princess whom became orphaned and forced to flee to Earth. Her parents were both killed by her evil aunt, Redd. her aunt was very angry and jealous and when her and attack to WonderlandQueen Genevieve had no other choice but to have her bodyguard the Hatter to flee with her daughter Alyss, the Princess. She posses the great power of imagination, but hers is stronger than other wonderlandians, however he slowly loses her power of imagination with more and more time spent on earth. she starts to question even her own sanity, as nobody believes her fantastic tales of wonderland. Forced to be a street begger, then an orphan then an Orphanage. she is later adopted by the Liddel family however, they do not believe her and forbid her of talking about Wonderland. So far is a very interesting book, especially for someone who read Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. And I enjoy reading it, but I am not done, though only about halfway through.
Hey everybody - I'm quitting so if anyone wants free pets send me a trade!

Yay! A Septimus Heap/Angie Sage-lover ^^
I'm done with Darke, and I'm waiting for the last book and the movie. I reeeaaally hope the movie won't be a total flop, like most other movie-from-books, since the world of Septimus Heap would be an amazing movie if done right. Let's hope it's going to be more Twilight-Hunger Games-Harry Potter-ish than Percy Jackson-Eragon-ish. I'm just going in the fantasy-genre right now.
As for the Hunger Games, also one of my favorites, I'm done reading a long time ago. I can't wait for the movie!
The Looking Glass Wars I've thought about reading, but not entirly sure... Maybe one day.
My Maximum Ride books haven't arrived yet, so I've re-read a few chapters in The Shamer Chronicles by Lene Kaaberbøl.

Who has heard of the series Beautiful Creatures? I'm almost done with the first and love it! There are four books total in the series. Also, who else times themsevles when reading? Like who else puts a limit on how long you can read the book? I started giving myself 2 weeks to read a book and so far I'm doing good, got about 100 pages left and I have to finish it by this Thursday.

Doing good, eh? I put a one month limit on Inheritance. Also, all Percy Jackson books I put a limit of three days.
My Maximum Ride books haven't arrived yet. Geeze, CDON was a lot quicker before. By the way, I think the reason it of why it was so expensive (as you guys see it) is because it includes abonus booklet 'with excerpts from upcoming Maximum Ride books' (?) and three collectible bookmarks. Yeah, that concludes that that boxed set is old.
In the meantime: got the last Percy Jackson book.

Loved Inheritence :3 just saying that.
And maybe so, I mean wih bonus things like bookmarks and guides it would cost more but either way it's not a bad deal. I'm not sure if I said this but I didn't like Angel, the book and the actual character. The book it seemed too far off the main plot and the character was just a brat. She couldn't be trusted at all. I like Fang but everyone said he was annoying or wasn't cool or something.
And congrats^^ does that complete your series?
