We'll let it go as soon as it stops affecting us- as soon as the art gets removed.
Were I in her shoes I would demand my stolen work be removed and apologize to the people my action had negatively impacted immediately.
Umm, it never did effect us. Nobody's come and accused CS and most people didn't even know about it until now. If it affected us, Tess would have already done it. People say that CS might get sued or shut down, but then again, nobody's even threatened that.
So it's okay to walk into a photographer's studio and take art off of their walls and bring it home and put it on your light table and trace it and use it to get money, as long as no one catches you.
Because that's basically what Equi did.
if my art shop is closed, DA commissions are always open

Thank you. Tess hasn't done anything about it since she heard about it, and she really doesn't seem concerned (since the whole 'art theft' wasn't even the main reason she wanted to make this decision). Why are you all worked up when the owner of this website hasn't even made a move on the matter? Must not be that important if nothing has been done so far..

Ah yes.
So my complete and utter horror that a site I use is profiting from stolen work doesn't affect me at all. cool.

CS has a very strict policy on art theft, and it extremely hypocritical to be using lines that fall under the category of theft. I'm worked up because of that.
Also, it's showing no respect to the original photographer.

well, [and i do agree with you], then why are people arguing only about that? i get that it's a really controversial topic, but it's a case-closed -- they did something wrong, and it's illegal -- you can't justify it with 'it's not important'.
What's with all the late night liquored phone calls?
I don't think your lover likes me at all.

You people sometimes make me want to go and beat the crap out of something. Anything and everything can be forgiven, and if you all really truly wanted to move on like you claim in every single post then stop posting the pictures, stop saying stuff about it, and try with all ya got to forgive her. I realize she commited a crime, but I bet that if you did something like that you would want to be forgiven too. You would not want everyone to keep piling it on and bringing it up every second of the day. Nobody understands fully what I post except for those select few people on CS who are nice and have found it in their hearts somewhere to forgive her so yes I expect people to bash and push away everything I post but at least think about it guys.

WHY are you all so stuck on "We're not IN TROUBLE so it doesn't matter right???"
Well, yeah, it does. If you've done something wrong and don't get caught it doesn't stop being wrong!
Must not be important?? Ar theft isn't important??? What are you trying to say here?
