Hawkclaw noticed the apprentices and walked over to them, he dipped his head in apology for interrupting. "Loudpaw, hello, it's been a while." Hawkclaws eyes were kind to the seemingly socially awkward apprentice.

Duskpaw

Duskpaw reached the edge of the river with his blue eyes peering down into the small ripples of water that splashed against his toes. It was cold, but the desire to just be happy for once at his favorite spot was more than outweighing the freezing cold that licked at his black outdone claws that grabbed firmly onto the bank. As he glanced back at Raccoonstrike who was pushing though the bushes, he glanced towards the direction of the camp with a sort of sad expression at the fact he didn't invite Wolfpaw. He wish he could since he did enjoy her company, her sweet smile, and her caring personality, but the fact that he wanted to be alone to tell of his ending was the only thing that was holding him back from asking her to join in a good hunt with him. He sighed gently, his eyes looking up to his oncoming mentor with a small smile. Hey Raccoonstrike, do you mind going back to find Wolfpaw? I know I just wanted to game to be with us, but I think with all the events this would be a great way to have some fun. If you want I could go, but you seem faster so I thought either you or I. It's up to you mentor. He said softly with his tone light and sort of questioning as he thought of adding on a friend to this game to make it more enjoyed for them both.

The tom didn't know where to go. He was utterly lost. With a hiss under his breath he lashed his tail vigorously. His scent! The Tom began to follow his and Wolfpaw's scent to find the way back to town. Maybe someone would like him there. His heart ached for Wolfpaw, but he couldn't let her dwell for him. She needed her clan not him.

Barkkit stepped backwards immediately obeying Grinner. Something about this cat interested him, plus he knew not to disobey this cat. Sicily squealed at Grinner's attack, she swished her claws acrosses his check.not caring if she did damage or not. This was a fight that she needed to win. Using her small body as a advantage she used her tail, she slithered her tail around his paws. Using her small body to slither out from underneath him,

The white she-cat looked over at Sunpelt as he spoke. She took in his words, silently debating whether this would be a smart idea or if it would end up in something unpleasant. In the end, his words won her over and she figured that it would be a good thing to try. "I'm up for it." She meowed quietly, looking down at the two apprentices with a flick of their tail. Having them lead would be good practice for when they're older.

Pebblerun growled atWolfpaw's words. " Hollyclaw! Go find Eaglestar and tell her what happened." She ordered. Then, she whipped and around and bounded after Wolfpaw. She hopped that Tigerclaw would come as well.

Sunpelt nodded and Frostwing's responce before looking at Skypaw. " Skypaw, you and Violetpaw will be a few paw steps in front of Frostwing and myself. I want you to pratice scenting things. If you find anything alarming, find us immediately. And do not leave each other alone. This is just as much of a teamwork assignment as an assessment of your training. If you do well, you might just get your warrior name." He instructed, smiling at the las part.

He smiled "NOW WHAT DO YOU DO IF I TRY SWIPPING YOU OFF YOU PAWS??" He spat and swiped at her paws

Mistypaw dagged her mentor's paws and jumped on his back,"You Spring onto opponent's back and grip with unsheathed claws, or in our case sheathed claws so no one gets hurt. Now you are beyong the range of your opponent's paws and in position to inflict severe body wounds. A group of apprentices can defeat a large and dangerous warrior in this way. Watch for the drop-and-roll countermove, and try to jump free before you get squashed." She playfully hissed back as she stayed on his back.

Eaglestar

A tall, thin she-cat
with light grey-brown fur
and forest-green eyes.

Eaglestar sat on a stone overlooking the stream. The water rushed past her, the sound of it mingling with that of the cats in the new camp just downstream. She looked into the thick forest, sunlight streaming through the bare branches.

They were here. After the devastation of the fire, and the dangerous moons spend travelling, they had made it. Against all odds, she had united the clans and brought them here, intact. The leader allowed herself a moment of pride, smiling softly. Still, she reminded herself, their hardships weren't over yet. The cold winds of leaf bare swept though the woods. A difficult time, under the best of circumstances. The complications of a new territory wouldn't help things.

Her ears flicked towards the camp at the sound of raised voices. Muffled by the stream, Eaglestar couldn't tell if they were joyful or distressed. Either way, she'd been out here alone too long. She had to tend to the clan. She could worry later.

With that, she got to her paws, turned towards the camp, and trotted briskly back along the streambank.

{Also, I've been thinking... We need a better way to pass time, and age cats, in this RP.

So far, I've been trying to update the recent events every day; to say something like dawn, late morning, midday, early afternoon, late afternoon, evening, dusk, night...but that makes time pass very slowly.

Maybe I should have more time skips to help that. That way there would still be lots of time to RP, (since I know we'll end up with conversations or fights lasting a few minutes RP time, but a week real time), but we'll still have time pass, (so they're not forever stuck in a certain time-frame, like just having arrived to the forest).

Yeah, I think that would work. But should the time skips be random, just skipping a few days whenever things get slow? Or have some kind of schedule, so people know when to wrap up a conversation or such so it doesn't get cut off?

...This would be a bit irregular no matter what, so I think we should ignore RP time in regards to aging and make it work in real time; age cats a moon every month. It would be a bit of a hassle to have to edit forms every month, but maybe I could keep an age list and update it myself. You could edit your forms to keep the age updated, but it would be optional. I could send out reminders when cats are reaching important ages, like being ready to become an apprentice, warrior, or elder.

What do you all think? Opinions, other ideas...?}
