The art is traced. If Equi can trace art and still keep her art up, I should be able to do that too.

We are not planning on having the "Tess horses" and "Malk Drafts" updated, since those lines were always considered separate from the standard monthly "horse and pony" releases and are intentionally unique.

The unicorns and donkeys will also be updated, but the unicorn lines are not finished yet.

From the front page guys... If all goes through, they will have unique designs, NOT standard yulynh lines.

Others prefer the new lines. It's a matter of personal preference, but the issue of equi's tracing needs to be dealt with. Also, only the lines will change. The value will not be affected.

How would revamps and re-releases lose value?
They'd still have the 'rare' or 'very rare' rarity tags. Except now, with the updated lineart, even more people would want them...! At least, judging by the poll's outcome so far.

So, if anything, I think their value would rise.

If it were a serious enough problem, CS should have just totally removed the art a LONG time ago. Inestead they wait until now when there are a ton more people that like the lines than there were then.

I am against this idea. I mean, I agree that it would make groups look neater and such, but what about the zebras? They are the rarest pets on CS (as far as I know, that is XD) and I love them because of that lineart. They would just turn into extremely rare ponies with stripes, which I don't approve of. They are dreamies of mine, and I don't think I would like them anymore with the new lineart.

(and can someone tell me what page the proof that she traced them is on? I didn't see it...)

There is a chance that the special pets, like the zebras, buckskin pps and rainbowmane will not be changed.

Exactly. They'll be new, fresh, and judging by the wave pony, will look a lot better. I can only see their value rising.

Not to mention the users who refuse to trade for equi horses because they're traced, who will now be willing to trade for them.

Only they didn't. they swept it under the rug, and deleted any posts referring to equi's tracing.
They never actually dealt with it, and it has been a problem over the past few years. This is the first time we've been able to discuss this.

Never mistake inaction for an issue being dealt with.

I do collect the yulghn (no idea if that's right) but I also want to keep my equimagine the same. If the equimagine change to yulghn then I will stop collecting yulghn because I will hate it for changing my beloved equimagine, I wont hate the artist or te designs, jut the shape itself.
