There have been about a thousand mentions of the words 'trace', 'proof', 'stolen', etc.

I just searched the examples you used, and nothing came up; the search function isn't working, at least for me. Considering my browser's fast and in tip-top shape, if I can't do it, probably some other people can't do it either. Just saying, not wishing to be offensive ^^

Gosh, there's so many rude posts… (edit: farther back) Art theft *is* wrong. But that's not why they asked us to change them.
Plus, even though they're eerily similar, Equimagine knew tracing was wrong, (afterward) so she probably wouldn't do it again.
There are some haters just because of the foals being confirmed to have been traced. So, of course, the mistrusting users may have scoured the bowels of the Internet to find a picture similar to it. Maybe she did trace them, maybe she had permission, (though that could still be wrong) or maybe some users manipulated the photos to get it to fit. I do realize that the thieves do stuff to their drawings to hide it. I'm just saying, don't jump to conclusions. They fit enough to be classified as art theft, however.

I like some being switched to the Arabian lineart, though. I don't think Yulyhn's lineart would do them justice, but maybe they could do certain ones on the lineart and certain ones on another (new or old) lineart? That may defeat the purpose of uniformity though…

Look at how the legs are placed; the "new" lineart is just a slightly edited version of the old one. ^^;

Yes, I did mention that. Only posts that are completely irrelevant like the ones above about different artists are deleted. Posts which are inflammatory, causing fights, etc. will also be deleted but we're not removing posts about the credibility of Equi's lines unless they start a huge argument.

..but those dont look similar at all while equi's fit exactly?
And I thought it was ok to talk about them as long as you're not being rude? :)
