I think it be a shame to get rid of the old line arts. That's some CS history right there and people want to get rid of it!
I feel, also, that if we transfer design's they will never look the same as the original, however hard you try. Well, that's my opinion. I just think it's a shame that loads of people want to get rid of the old lines.

You want to do this for uniformity, correct?
But do you really want all the pets to have the same lineart? That would be dull. The different linearts are what gives the site character, they make it what it is, they make it special and unique. Take away those different linearts, and what are you left with? The same lineart, over and over again. The site loses some of it's character for the sake of looking more modern and organized.
The different linearts also show how CS has progressed over the years. They hold history. And even if you make a section of the archives for them, it's not the same thing as actually having them.

One of your reasons said that the horse items dont all fit all horses so why dont you just trade for them or if they do not exist (not sure) then make some!
The history of these horses is ongoing and other future members may not even know that equimagine existed and equimagine has made CS his own and done all CS members a massive favour!
Also this will only cost CS owners (such as Tess and Nick) more money because they will have to pay the artists for their time and art!
I think this is a bad idea!
may I ask when you are planning changing them if this is passed (hopefully it will not be)?
When are you planning changing them ^^^^
If the change goes through, they'd probably be replaced gradually, a few here and there at a time as the new versions were completed. :3
It's interesting that the poll values have been remarkably consistent - they've stayed right around 34% No and 64% Yes or Maybe for the past 12 hours, despite a big influx of votes over that time.

The new linearts are actually my least favorite of the bunch, and converting all of them would make it far too boring. There are many different types of horses in real life, so why should we change ours?
I love the equimagine horses, as some of those are my absolute favorites. I would rather the items be interchangeable that having the horses change, or just leave it the way it is.
And the new draft horse (no offense) looks sorta... creepy.
How? It is much more detailed and beautiful.

the illegal fish wrote:Instead of changing the pets, you could just call them 'Equimagine horses' (Nick pets, Tess pets ect.)
It would create less confusion and save time
That's not the point of the change, though.
The point of the change is so that the linearts all match so the horses can all be dressed up with the same items.
Equimagine's linearts are already largely known as 'equimagine horses' regardless, they're just not searchable like that in the archive.
