This idea may be even more time consuming, but how about a compromise? People obviously like the PPS lines a lot better, and I've seen this suggested, but maybe make new lineart specifically for the PPS'? Because I actually agree there, the PPS' horses and ponies with the old lineart is definitely a lot cuter, and if new lineart can be made to keep that cuteness, I'd be all for it.

I'm not sure if you were referring to my idea, but I had a quick comment about this. This is just my individual personal opinion, but really, who cares about time consuming? This is a change that will affect a great deal of CS, and it doesn't seem like its a good idea to rush into anything and leave a great deal of CS upset or disappointed in the process. It doesn't look like this will be an issue however, as most of you are voting for the change anyway. I am very, very disappointing in Chicken Smoothie at the moment.

You're disappointed in us for wanting change? You can flip that around for people who want the change because I'm sure some of us are disappointed at those who don't want it. It's our opinion and obviously you have yours, but ultimately it is up to the staff.

I spent my whole time on cs to get all of the horses. I dont want to see them change, i spent alot of pets to get them. And i wont want the horses after the transformation, so if they are transformed there went 2 years of cs just to trade them, due to a change in the lines.

YEAH! Give us a chance to choose what we want! I think it would be really hard to pull of in engineering, but wouldn't it be a way to please everyone?

I personally think they should all stay as they are. I love the old designs, they are more elegant than the new designs, and capture the spirit of horses more. It is nice to have some variety in my horse group, and I like it that the old designs have different lineart. If there has to be a change, I say change the new horses to the old lineart instead, as I prefer it.

We're looking for a majority, so right now it's still up in the air. I'm unsure why you're disappointed though, since Tess is wanting opinions and has even made a poll to see how the user base feels about it.

I know that on a different horse sim I play, HEE, or Horseeden.com, they are changing the horse's linearts. I myself thought it a good idea, but I find myself sorely missing the good old lineart they used to have.

Well I am very unhappy about the change. My reason for being here is really for the horses and I have been collecting them for some time. This will pretty much ruin things here for me if it goes through and it looks like it will.

To be honest I'm baffled as to why people are treating CS like it has a monarchy or oligarchy or something o.O

The button idea was suggested a while back but the main problem was that people (especially newbies) could get scammed
Or, for the other version of the idea if you're suggesting that, items would look ridiculous on some pets

i also love the 2009 pony line <3 looks like shetlandpony when the hair cover the eyes im litle sad to miss them too since trying to get them to my pony collection, and it would be litle sad to miss the that line since in the new line it look exact same than the other ones, i would prefer that for those part the line would edited to cover the new line ponys eyes too :3

but i know that might be too much work so if the change come i miss them, but if that the most want im not too sad about it.. the update is for good in most point : )

//editt. and its fun to trye to find new ways to use new items to dress up older pets.. and its the way you had to use your imagination in dress ups :3 so the item thing is not so important to me

Like I've said, everyone has different opinions. I'm not disappointed in the members of CS wanting change, just more at that fact that this is seeming to be pretty extreme. And even if only a handful of people cared, those handful still spent there time trading for them, collecting them, and searching for them because of their specific design. The way I see it, if people don't care about these pets then trade them away, but don't take them away from the members who actually care. Just my opinion, and like you said, it's up to the staff.
