Russetleap sighed longingly, rarely taking her eyes off of her kit, in case she fell. "I sure hope so!!" She mewed, sighing once again. She never knew that it'd be this hard to look after a kit. Although the loss of her other two was unbearable, she was glad that she only had to deal with one.

Spottedkit sat down, holding her head high.

"Spottedkit!" She called again, this time her tone was much more serious. "Don't make me get your father."

Spottedkit rolled her eyes. She got up, and looked like she was going to prounce. She leapt up and jumped off the nursery, leanding infront of her mother.

Russetleap glared down at her kit as she sunk her claws into the soft earth, fighting the erge to swipe the smug look off of her kit's face. "Next time, you listen to me!" She scolded, "You'll never become a warrior if you can't take simple orders!"

Spottedkit backed up, her tail between her legs. "I-Uh-I.." She meowed, and broke into tears, turning and running away.

Mistfur looked at Russetleap."Do you want me to go after her?".

Russetleap sighed, dropping her head as she looked down at her paws. She did not regret what she had said, but she knew that the way she went about it was not right. "No..." She whispered, "This is something I should do..." Slowly she hauled herself up onto her paws, and followed her kit into the nursery. "Spottedkit?" She whispered, "We need to talk."

Sablekit watched with wide eyes as her friend ran away, and exchanged numerous glances with Tigerkit before she wondered of to Mistfur. "Will Spottedkit be ok?" She squeaked, scared for her friend.
