((The setting takes place in two places. 1. If your a stray dog you are in the more run down area of town, and 2. If your a house dog you live with more richer nicer people. 3. Im guess that the two areas are not to far apart. Its pretty simple, just two different areas where the dogs originates. Like home turf. Hope that helps.))

(Yeah, the strays live in a run-down area not too far from the nice street that the pet dogs live ^^ Also Silvertabbycat, I haven't said we can start yet and you need to post alot more than 1 line. I'm making the first post now ^^)

Scarlett was sleeping peacefully, well as peacefully as you could get in a place like this when she was rudely awakened by a tall, fat man flailing his arms around and shouting at her. She couldn't understand what he was saying but he was wearing a white cap and an apron with a picture of a hotdog on it, she guessed she was resting on his territory where he sold his hotdogs and hopped off the small cart and bound off behind the corner before he could do anything that could give her an injury. She turned her head to see the man who appeared to be cussing to himself and she let out a small growl before trotting down the street insearch of food. You could see the small shepherd's ribs through her thin black and white fur and she let out a small whine as her stomach rumbled angrily.

Asha was sound asleep in his comfortable blue bed with his favourite yellow teddy bear under his head. He kicked softly as he slept as he dreamt he was chasing a squirrel, one of his favourite hobbies to do. He wriggled so much that his teddy fell to the floor which immediately woke him up. He glanced around for his toy and smiled when he saw the yellow bear flat out on the floor. He wriggled his rump playfully with his tail wagging and pounced on it, letting out high-pitched puppy squeaks as he chewed on the bear's leg.

{{Hehe, thanks. :] I was wondering more of the country. My guess is that this takes place in the United States, yes? I was hoping to use my already created dog characters, but some are from other parts of the world (Germany, Russia, & Ireland) }}

(It's set in America yeah but you can use any dog breed from any country ^^ I want the dogs varied anyways so it would help if we had rare dogs from different places.)

Cadoo yawned as she woke up and stretched in her yellow queen sized bed. She hopped down and looked around her room. While padding to the dog door she grabbed a pink teddy bear, her favourite toy, out of her matching yellow toy box. Stifling a yawn again she pushed out the dog door. Across the hall her masters were sleeping. However, she knew they would awake soon because in the room next to hers her arch rival for attention was crying. She trotted into the kitchen and sat at the back door to be let out in the quater acre yard. Her female master came in the kitchen with the baby shortly after and placed it in a high chair and went about trying to find a bottle. Cadoo whined and scratched at the door waiting and waiting. Her female master ignored her while preparing the bottle. Now slightly annoyed Cadoo sat right at her feet and raise her jumbo puppy paw and titled her head in that cute way making her eyes big and yapped a bark. The owner sighed and opened the door. Cadoo yipped happily and grabbed her teddy bear on the way out to her 1/4 acre yard. She ran right to the fence and layed in the shade of it while watching for any stray dogs.

The long slender body of Lock trotted around the fancy neighbrohood, knowing their trash was better then any other, but there was also the mean cats that hung around here, also those pricey dogs she dis-liked ever so much. Lock's nose touched the ground as she licked her chops, she smelled some slightly rotten chicken roast. Thats alright, even little pickings was better then nothing. She went to a trash bag and scanned the area before her long dirty claws ripped into the black trash finding anything but chicken. Lock sighed and moved onto the white one; perfect. Lock picked up the chicken and took it a safe distance away and sat under a tree. She dropped the mostly eaten food as she sat down she was about to nom nom when she spotted a great dane peering out. Lock gave a bark to the little puppy wondering what kind of dog looked out onto the strays.

The Scruffy black dog Claymore, trotted down the dirty run down street like he owned it. His head high and paws walking strongly. Claymore was proud of his status as stray dog and he knew how to use it. Being a cattle dog he has tougher skin then most, and more stamina then most to. But he lacks in strength and speed, but thats not he wanted in stray life. He could easily break into some house dog's house, if they had a basement and their owners were lazy, but of course there was the chance of being shot.
His little stubby tail wagged as he sat down near a house and scratched at some of the flees and stretched the world away. Claymore looked out onto the alley wondering when people were going to throw out his breakfast.
