I actually think this is a good idea, and if Tess decides to go through with it, then I'm excited to see how the horses will look in the new lines <3

I think it's absurd.
I don't want to lose those horses.
I don't care for equi's ponys, but I also don't like Yulynh's horses.
I think they should stay how they are since
1. some designs won't look right
2. the PPS's would look weird. -and if we kept some the same it would be even more confusing
3a. the artists would have a lot of work to accurately copy every design.
3b. this would probably mean less monthly pets.
4. CS has many retired lines, I think they add to the site.
5. We would be totally deleting Equi from the site -her profile is gone, once her horses and tag are gone what happens then??

I voted no.I would be very unhappy if those old pets were changed.
I like Yulynh's lineart,but I've always loved my Equimagine pets too.

In the initial post it's said we have different versions of horse linearts like it's a bad thing.I suppose it is when it comes to the accessories,but apart from that I think having this variety makes it more fun.I personally don't mind if horse accessories don't fit them and I've never minded if they were not popular or hard to trade.I love looking at my collection,they make me smile and I would be upset if I were to lose them.Please,let them be.

I'm also a little torn with this. I love the idea of changing the ponies, and I've never been too fond of the unicorn lines, so I imagine that would be a great change as well. But what makes me um-and-ah about it is particular horses like the Rainbow Mane, which I feel like it wouldn't be the same if it's lineart changed. I also quite like the current draft lineart, and I find the new one a little too realistic for my liking - it is gorgeous, I just prefer the old one.

So I'm not really sure what I want, because there are good and bad sides to this idea. I think it's great if the ponies and unicorns are updated, and even the later Equi horses - but I think the old horse and draft lines should stay, because they've been apart of CS for so long and it would be unfortunate to see them go.

I would like them to stay how they are exept the drafts i just would rather not i mean they should stay its what they have been and always have been they can change but the old ones should be left to remind us about everyone but since i am totally out voted i supose that speach was pointless... But please consider what i have said But the draft horses not many people like them so it would be nice to have them changed i suppose

I just wanted to post that we are still going to give Equi credit for all of the designs she had made. She is not going to be erased completely from the site, we only want to update those lines and try to make things more uniform. Having so many different line-arts for the same species just doesn't make much sense, at least to me.

I think Tess should change the line-art. In my opinion, I think Yulynh's line-art is much more appealing and likable than the Equimagine line-art. I'd rather change the line-art than risk getting the site shut down because of someone's mistake. To me, the Equimagine designs on the Yulynh's horses look much more clear and detailed.

I also think that it would help the demand, most people don't like them because of their appearance. When I had Equimagine ponies and horses, I couldn't trade them away unless it was a huge over-pay on my part. If the line-art was changed, I would defiantly trade for them.

I would, however, like to see the Buckskin PPS in Yulynh's line-art. I think it would be cool to make new line-art for the 'special' horses and ponies that look more unique.

I'm gonna have to say no here.
I love the old pony linearts. They're my favourite lines on the site <3

But the horses, drafts, unicorns and donkeys, I wouldn't miss them at all. I'd love them on new lines, I just don't like the originals. The only horse I'd miss on the old lines, in fact, would be this one here:


I really don't want the pony lines to change though. They were one of the very first things I aimed to collect. I love the old pony lines to bits, and I'd hate to see them go </3

It wouldn't suit at all. The old (or middle) pony lineart pose matched the theme of the pet. Try putting that on the new lines, it wouldn't have the same cute cheerful effect.

It would just be there. Standing, staring, not jumping around as it should be as a younger animal. Don't get me wrong, I love the Yulynh pony I used as an example, but its just to make a point.

I joined back in the last month when Equi's lines were still in use. Even though I was new then, and hadn't had much experience with them, they still have nostalgia with them, back from when people didn't yell at you for not knowing the lists xD memories, you know?


Overall, if the ponies were left alone, with simply the horses, drafts, unicorns and donkeys changed, I'd nearly support this. But as this change seems to be hoping to update all Equimagine's work, it shall have to be a no. I can't be in favour of removing my favourite pets from the site, sorry :c

Also, I'm really hoping I haven't offended anyone here with this post. I love Yulynh's lines, I really do, I just love Equimagine's ponies more. Plus the nostalgia, I'd hate for them to trot off with my newbie memories attached to them.

I just went and looked over my ponies from '10 again.
All the nostalgia.
That first one up there is named after the first pony I ever rode, in fact, and it'd probably break my brain if it suddenly changed.
