Why don't we find the pictures of the images she traced(I already have those images FYI), track them to the source(I can do that), and contact the original photographer asking for their opinion?
If the photographer said that it was fine and dandy to keep using the lineart, we would have no trouble. If the photographer asked us to remove the lineart, then we'd remove it and so be it.

Being someone who takes joy in photography, I have to beg to friggin' differ.
It's not "getting lucky". People spend hundreds, thousands on a decent camera. Photography is art. That's like saying "Just because you got lucky and drew a cool wolf, doesn't mean it's yours alone to love".
