I really dislike how everyone is saying that no one cared about equimagine horses before this started. That is completely untrue. I knew plenty of people (such as myself) who loved equimagines and wanted to collect them. It's not that people are suddenly caring, it's that people are finally speaking up for them.

Same here! I get so excited everytime I get a new Equi horse. I love her horses so much!!!

Would this mean we would lose some of the PPS linearts? I mean, Yulynh's foal stages are cute, but they don't work for the equimagine "roadkill PPS", and the adorable pony PPSs from 09 look better than the newer lineart ones imo.


As a hoarder of some of the equimagine ponies, I wouldn't want to see the lineart changed. I really like the look of the original pony linearts (the one with the eye covered). I think the other pony lineart would be improved if it was switched though.


I don't really like the older horses and I think the new draft art looks much better than the old drafts.

The only other thing I am wondering is if all of the linearts get updated, will retired horse items also be updated? I have a cat costume for the really old equimagine pony lineart and would hate to have wasted my C$ on something I will never be able to use again.

On the other hand, I'm really glad that instead of going ahead and changing them on the spot, Tess gave us the chance to get used to the new lines and is even asking our opinion now before going ahead and changing them. It's actually the call of the owner and she didn't need to ask us really, she could have just gone ahead and done it, but she's taking our thoughts and opinions into consideration. Whatever the outcome will be, whether we agree with it or not, we can be at peace knowing she took the time to consider how we felt about it -- that's why I always believe she knows what's best to do with the site, because over all the years that CS has had its 'changes', despite the momentary adjustment period we always eventually realize she has done what's best for the site.

I believe Tess said all the old items would be redrawn for the new lineart.
