"I love them!" Pepper exclaimed. "They match them nicely."

"I missed you too!" Dappledflight knew the pains in her stomach grew more and more, but she ignored themas the twined her tail with Sparrowpelt.

Wintertail covered his mate in licks. "Sunheart, don't talk. Just focus on getting better. Playing with our kits when your better. I know you'll get better!" Wintertail's reasuring wasn't only for her, but for him too.

((Umm, dogs?))

Sunheart nodded weakly and gazed up at him. "Applekit..."

Lionroar padded back out, he was deeply worried about his mom but he knew just standing around would do nothing to help. I'll make sure Applekit is ok, then go hunting.

Applekit woke up, feeling like she had just had a bad nightmare. Purring she layed on her side enjoying the warmth of the sunlight.

[Pharaoh]

[[ I'm confused... What the heck is going on with Fluffypaw? ]]

Foxtail sighed. "It's alright, Sunheart. Everything will be okay." She looked off to the side with a soft look in her eyes.

(Scamps, could you remove Shinepaw and Smokekit? Or you can put them up for needing Rpers because I don't really want to RP them...)
Lionroar returned from hunting, and brought a young soft vole to Applekit. "Here you go." he said setting it down in front of her.

Then it hit Applekit, it was all real her mom might really die. "Thank you Lionroar." she meowed and started on the vole though she had to take small bites she quickly finished it.

Sunheart breathing get more and more shallow until it stopped. She blinked open her eyes and looked around her seeing cats with stars in their fur. "Have I died?" she meowed they answered, "Yes. You have joined StarClan at last.". Sunheart dipped her head. Sad about leaving Wintertail, abd Applekit behind she knew she would always watch over them until they came to join her.

Flamestar brought back the fresh-kill from his hunting trip, dropping it on the fresh-kill pile he thought about Maplefrost. "I miss you..." he said under his breath.

[Pharaoh]

Foxtail swept her tail over Sunheart's eyes, shaking her head. She didn't want anyone to move the contaminated body, though she knew it was best. She'd have to find strong Warriors and load them up on herbs afterward. It didn't really matter, anyway. There couldn't be a silent vigil for her, or the whole Clan would be at risk. She'd have to be buried immediately, and without a final goodbye. Foxtail trotted outside the Nursery, padding over to Lionroar. "I need you and a few other Warriors, to help move her and bury her. She passed on quietly, and is at peace now."

[FoodIsYummy]

"I'll help." Firestripe said, he had been nearby.

[Rosalind]

Lionroar and Applekit just looked at her blankly, grief evident in their eyes. Lionroar dipped his head. At least I will get to say good-bye...

Applekit started shaking. "No! No! Thats not fair! Thats not possible!"

[Pharaoh]

Foxtail looked down at Applekit. "She's fine, honey. Much happier, and she won't live the rest of her life in pain." Foxtail took a few steps back, blocking the Nursery entrance entirely from the little kit. She needed to keep the Clan safe.

[Rosalind]

(Could Foxtail maybe kind of "adopt" Applekit? Since Applekit will become mc apprentice.)
Lionroar nodded, "She'll be watching over us, Applekit and she may even visit you in dreams."

Applekit nodded, "Ok." she sniffed and then went over to Foxtail.

[Pharaoh]

[[ That's actually what I was thinking! How old is she? ]]

Foxtail stroked Applekit gently, sighing. "I know how you feel, Applekit. My own mother died of Blackcough when I was a Medicine Cat Apprentice. My mentor died of Greencough two moons later, after I had gotten my name. It's not easy, but you don't need to be scared or alone. I'm always here, and so is your father and brother." She smiled faintly, reliving the good old days when everything was all okay.
