Personality:

Mist is a silent and cunning Tenebris, who is very social with other Tenebris. She prefers water to most things, and will most likely steal things that would be obvious (such as your mailbox or a pet), but does so rarely. Mist is more of the type of Tenebris that would allow you to tug on her tail- she has very high tolerance and patience, which comes in handy if she needs to babysit someone. Overall, her nature is more of a motherly type, but, as her pelt suggests, she can also be sly and tricky, though Mist is more known for tolerating than stealing.

Hello, I figured you'd want to know my personality by me telling you, too. I love children, and I have millions of friends! Of course, some of them notice my many mailboxes.. Oh well! I have taken in many abandoned Tenebris and raised them, and I also steal sometimes... Not too often though, so don't worry!

'Not on your tin-type, girly girl!'
Tintype is generally an unobtrusive Tenebris, content to remain in the background. It takes a good deal to get her to open up, and she's liable to hide if she doesn't know someone well. On her own, however, Tintype is a brazen and imaginative individual, creating an entire world for herself. The rock pile is a fortress, the stream a sea, and those pesky snails are invaders just itching to take her territory. To watch her by herself is to see an entirely different creature. At ease with her surroundings, Tintype takes to solitude well; should another stumble upon her though, the world goes back to being ordinary, and Tintype goes back to hiding.
What is she based off?:

She kind of reminds me of a Hypocolius.

The animal actually was a raccoon, but I really liked your personality for her, as well as the name^^
