World Rat Day is coming up! Woohoo! <3
In honor of these wonderful critters, we want to hold a special theme round. HOWEVER, we want some thoughts and suggestions from our wonderful fans! <3

Here are some suggestions from the CSR Staff Forum:

I think world rat day would be a good theme!! But not sure what we should do.. Maybe we could do 'famous Rats'.

2. Continents/Countries.

Hmm, how about rats representing different countries?
America Rat, Germany Rat, Mexican Rat...

Or different cultures?

Ooo! I really like that one! The only problem is that there are so many!
How do we decide which ones to do?
By Continents?

3. Continents or Countries(please state which)/Animals/Cultures

I just had another thought while looking at the Panda rat, doing countries the have a specific animal they are well known for! Possibly with accessories/garments from that culture. ie, China is panda, India would probably be tiger or elephant, Australia is kangeroo or koala, or maybe endangered animals?

Symbolic animals really peek my interest. I think it would depend on who is doing it though. I think that if we go for the Continents idea, then people can decide if they want to include other animal marking/mutations.
This is because some cultures have really unique masks/facepaint/colors/designs that could work really nicely. =)
(ie, Japanese masks[gigaku] or geisha make-up; India Henna[which I guess could be incorperated into elephant/tiger designs]) It might be hard to incorperate many cultures of a continent (Asia consists of Russia, India, Japan, China, etc).

Just to clerify, which part of the last idea? Haha. I just realized the last one was sort of a merge of a new idea and the second idea.

I thought about the copyright issue as well, so we probably wont do the first one.

I will add that to the Theme Suggestions on the CSR Staff Forum! Perhaps we can do that when Easter and WRD are over! =)

Yes, I believe even though my idea would be good, copy right would be a little difficult to figure out. SO I think (due to popularity of them in the past) idea 3 would work better than the others (Animals/Culture).

I have a small suggestion when easter comes,maybe all rats for adoption can be wearing bunny costumes with eggs X3

I would like to see endangered animals based on the rats, maybe we could put a sign which says, " Save us from being endangered! " that would be adorable!
