Finally done. I don't know what the timer says, but I was distracted by youtube vids. I'm sorry about the eye...I had NO idea how to do the navy blue ribbon in his eye. Other than that...I think it's pretty good. I figured my anatomy would SUCK. Guess not! :3 If there's anything you want changed, Mare of the Moon, please tell me! And if you don't like the way the eye looks, just tell me what you were thinking. I had no idea...so I took a stab at it.
I did stalk that thread until I found your form. I just felt it was neccessary. I was going to do a backround...but I didn't feel up to it. It was going to have his name in the backround, so that's why. I did read why his eye color is like that. Amazing...just had to say. I may add a backround later...I don't know yet. I was listening to Airplanes by B.o.B. & Haley Williams. WARNING: NOT THE CLEAN VERSION. Anyways, again, if you want something changed, just say so.

Wow, he looks great! Everything looks fine, but for the eye can the he strip not blended. It might look cool if it was in the shape of the constellation he is named for, which is in the description on his page.
