Jace looked at Rose and smiled. He nuzzled her neck then nudged her shoulder, so that she could go and relax.

Kite stayed there for a moment until finally coming out onto land. She lowered her head and started to feed.

Diego/Andalusian/stallion/with Kite
Diego went in the water,and soaked for a few minutes,and came back on land.He still continued to watch his surround as well,as Kite's.

Desert Rose/Azteca/mare/in Jace's herd
Rose smiled,and nuzzled Jace,and she took a few sterps,and layed down for a snooze.

"Freedom" Rose snorted "Not a thing in a ignorant stallions mind" Rose snapped as she walked away.

Devil snorted. "If Im ignorant, then what are you?" He muttered, though he ignored her. She could think what she wanted, she wasnt in his herd, so he didn't really care anyway. He continued grazing, watching out for his two mares.

Iris slowly inched away from Devil and back into the forest. She was bored, Devil needed to give her more freedom!

Rose snorted and trotted away, her tail was held high.

(Actually in natural horse behaviour, the mares just want a strong sire and a herd, and they hate freedom because of the many dangers and negative things that come from that... So they would want to stay in the herd, and Devil would want to protect and watch them.)

Devil snorted at Iris, fixing her a eye that told her to go back. He would be moving them again soon, but right now, he wanted them to conserve a little bit of energy. He was happy though, that Iris seemed to have so much energy. That told him he had a sturdy mare, perfect for good foals. He wanted to make her his lead mare, but she seemed to have no sense of responsibility, always just lingering, trying to sneak off. No matte the stress it would put on him, he would not give the lead position to anyone undeserving of it.

Iris bared her teeth at Devil as she continued to stand her ground. Slowly as she lingered back she walked around in circles, bored at her life.

Rose snorted and layed at the edge of the forest.

With Iris' defiance, Devil ignored her. She might as well get used to it now. He even felt like staying them longer, just to make a point, but he was going along his planned schedule, and did not feel like twisting it just for a mare. He snorted, shaking his head to get rid of the flies before he continued eating. His eyes still watched his two mares, though, and he let out a soft snort.

Devil reared, looking for what he was looking for. Finding it, he looked back at his herd, then back at what he was looking at. Nodding again to himself, he lowered his head, grazing once more. It was going as planned.

Rose nickered to Devil, wanting him to come.

Iris turned her head and continued to prance around in circles.

Jace watched over his herd. He walked over to the stream and drank some water before looking around again. His mare were no longer in heat except for Lily but she didn't make it clear if she wanted a foal. But Jace wouldn't push her to carry a foal she didn't want. He walked over to her ad nuzzled her gently. He looked back to his other mares and smiled at them.

Lily looked over at Jace curiously when he nuzzled her. She sighed softly, then leaned over and nuzzled him back. She didn't really want a foal just yet, but she knew he would probably want one from her. She looked over towards the other mares in the herd before she lowered her head to take a quick drink before she moved to graze.
