I'm having a hard time understanding who is open for slots for breeding. Can someone tell me if they;'re open or not? If no one's open, thank your for your time.

Everyone has three slots. If someone has a slot open then you may request them. Also, breeding is only open on the Weekend. Did that answer your question?
