"Yup, we might be stuck here for a while," Snake agreed. He shifted his weight slightly, looking out into the pouring rain. Though he was both warm and comfortable, he was not sleepy. Oh how he wished he was sleepy; he could simply sleep way the awkwardness. The large white tom could normally sleep just fine, any time any place. But, naturally, this was the one time he could not. The one time he was in extremely close proximity to a cat, and at that a she-cat, he'd just met.

Zoe probably wasn't sleeping tonight, which she knew. She had trust issues. She didn't even like to sleep so close to her own family, forget about some tom-cat she'd just met. Getting into deep thought, she forgot to reply to Snake.
