Designs On the Character: Possibly the scorpio "M" symbol? Maybe some tecnological stuff-(Think Portal 2 combined with Homestuck. Kinda.)
Colors: Black, Grey, White, Blue, Green, Orange, and Purple.
Idea behind character: Vriska Serket, GLaDoS, Wheatly, Fact Sphere, Space Core.
Some Color ideas for the eyes: (Last four colors)
Extras {Hair, Wings, Tail, Ears, Collars, Bandannas, Weapons ect}: Bandanna, and a tatoo of either the orange or blue portal around the Scorpio "M" symbol.
