Casidy sighed in relief to find he wasnt infected, she didnt want to have to kill two boys within a matter of 15 minutes, "Jeeze, kid you scared me," She slowly walked around the front of the house, "This your house, where are your parents?"

Lorena jumped at Gregory's scream and turned back to him. He had been bitten! "Gregory!" Lorena whipped the gun up to eye level and shot. The bullet hit one of the infected and the blast knocked the other one's back onto the ground. Lorena ran to Gregory's side. "Gregory, did they get you??" Her question was answered by the missing piece of flesh on his hand. She fumbled in her pockets, looking for something that might help. "Oh god no...don't turn Gregory, just don't..." Finding nothing she ripped a piece of her jeans off and pressed it to the wound.

Ally followed Adam around the fence and ducked when he hit the bird. "Gross..." She whispered to herself and kept moving. "How thick is this wall? Cause we might be able to cut through it."

Gregory cringed as the material touched his wound, "How long do you think it will take?" He looked up at Lorena with a weary look, "Maybe I can get back to james before its too late..." He took a deep breath as he stood himself up, he looked around, they had definately gotten the attention of the infected, "Crap," he said seeing how many were surounding them, he grabbed his pocket knife and looked back at the fence to the back yard, "Lets go!"

Adam looked at Ally, "Thats actually a good idea, but..." He looked around a moment, "Theres nithing sharp enough?"He looked back at Maria to see how she was doing, she looked a little dishiveled, but ok for the most part."How are you holding up?" he asked in a low voice.

"I'm fine." Maria said looking at the fence seeing a few crows land on the top.

Ally held up her sword and ran her finger along the blade. "I could try this...but it's not meant to do the job." She looked around. "What we need is like a chainsaw or a feathered blade. Something like that..." *but where could we get one?*

Lorena stood up with Gregory and swapped the gun for her bow. "I don't know...maybe hours...maybe minutes." She shot an infected as it started coming after them. "Let's go. Where's your house?" Lorena desperately wanted to help Gregory but both her hand were on the bow. She felt back in her arrow holder. *i'm fine...there should be enough...*

A thought struck adam, there was a chainsaw by Mr. Himptons house, he lived in the woods near the lake, "Mr. Himptom has a chainsaw, he makes boats...." another thought popped into his head, a chainsaw would make too much noise, "That would be to loud though, it would attract more infected... but maybe he has some other tools we could use?"

Gregory pionted, "About a block and a half down," He looked at the multiple infected around them, "But theres to many, they'll follow us to the house." He hobbled to the fence leading to the back yard, "We will have to go through the back alley or something."

Ally agreed. "It's worth a try. Plus it's creepy standing here next to these birds. Do you remember where exactly he lived?"

"Sounds good! Can you get over the fence by yourself?" Lorena knew it was only a hand injury, but he looked drained. *it must already be taking effect.* Lorena backed over to the fence while shooting a few infected down.
