Lightningstripe watched Bearfur pass her, deciding against greeting him after seeing the look on his face. Hearing another voice greet her, she turned to see Leopardpaw emerging from the apprentices' den, looking cheerful. "Morning, Leopardpaw," she mewed, seeing the way the tabby apprentice looked longingly at the fresh-kill pile. "Go ahead and eat, it's for you apprentices to share. Do you know if Cloverpaw is awake?" The ginger she-cat peered past Leopardpaw, as if expecting to see her apprentice stroll into sight at any moment. She was planning on bringing Cloverpaw for some battle training today before hunting; perhaps she could ask Stormfall to join her with Leopardpaw.

Eaglewing sighed, slightly disappointed that he wouldn't be able to start the morning with a trick. He turned his attention to Lightstar once more as she spoke again. "Yeah, that's a good idea," he agreed, nodding. "I can lead a hunting patrol out while the apprentices and mentors are training." His ears pricked eagerly at the thought of being out of camp and stalking prey in the cool morning air. He looked around the camp casually, sweeping it with a single gaze, catching Bearfur's inexplicable glare in his general direction. With a wince, he quickly turned back to face Deerfoot and Lightstar; the older tom was usually prickly in the mornings, and it was never wise to cross him when he was in one of his moods.

• A p p e a r a n c e : A pure white tom with faint black tabby stripes and faded emerald eyes. He is missing an eye and his tail tip.
• P e r s o n a l i t y : He is quiet at first, but if you get to know him he can be playful, adventurous, and trouble making but is fiercely loyal to his family and friends.
• H i s t o r y : BlizzardPaw was a kit abandoned by a rouge in the middle of a blizzard. The warriors found him and his siblings while they were tracking a fox. A fox had spotted them and was making an easy meal out of them when the warriors chased him off. BlizzardPaw and his sister remained. This is why BlizzardPaw is missing an eye and his tail tip. His sister did not make it until dawn. They were sure he was going to die, but surprisingly; he pulled through.

Lightstar smiled at the Warrior, getting to her paws. "Perfect, Eaglewing." Taking a few strides past Eaglewing and Deerfoot, Lightstar called the Clan togeather, flicking her tail tip neverously. Her blue eyes were clear as she opened her mouth to call out the patrols. "Eagelwing will be leading a hunting patrol with Bearfur, Wolfstride, and Kestrelclaw. Ligningetripe, Stormfall, Deerfoot, and I will take our Apprentices out for a little bit of training while this hunting patrol is out. When you all get back, Bearfur will lead a border patrol near the StreamClan border that will be made up of Ligningstripe, Blizzardpaw, and Cloverpaw. Wolfstride will lead a border patrol near the MistClan border that consists of Stormfall, Deerfoot, Leopardpaw, and Birdpaw." The cream and light ginger she-cat took a step back, looking at all the cats as they moved about, getting into groups and mentors finding their Apprentices.

Deerfoot wanted to sigh and beg to go on the hunting patrol, but he knew better. Looking around for his Apprentice, Deerfoot spotted the silver she-cat. "Birdpaw!." The brown tabby tom called to his Apprentice, flicking his white tail tip. His dusty green eyes shone with readyness as he padded towards the younger she-cat quickly, almost running.

Bearfur flicked his tail tip side to side, slightly annoyed that it had taken so long to assign the patrols. He had no complants about not having to go on a patrol with an Apprentice until later, but he wanted to know why mentors had to take the young cats out first. Shrugging to himself, Bearfur started off towards Eaglewing, his long brown-gray fur smooth and shiny.

Twitching her ear, Leopardpaw looked at the Warrior. "If you're hungry you should eat too. You need to be ready to train.." She looked at Lightstar as she announced the patrols, looking for Stormfall quickly before turning back to Lightningstripe. "I'm not sure. I don't think she is yet." The golden tabby meowed, glacing back at the Apprentices Den.[/quote]

Lightningstripe purred at Leopardpaw's offer, her eyes gleaming with amused affection. "I'll be fine, don't worry," she assured the young she-cat, her tail tip flicking. "I've been hungrier than this. At that moment, Lightstar's call sounded through camp and the ginger she-cat turned to face the leader, giving the soft white fur on her chest a last lick to smooth it down. She was silent as she listened, planning out her day in her mind with a small nod: training, then border patrol. When LIghtstar finished speaking, she trotted to the apprentices den and stuck her head inside, her emerald eyes blinking in the sudden dim light. "Cloverpaw? We have training, so you should hurry if you want a bite before we leave," she meowed patiently as she crouched in the entrance.

Eaglewing's bright demeanour faded slightly when Lightstar announced the patrol he had to lead. Bearfur and Wolfstride? he thought in dismay, his ears twitching nervously. They were good and brave warriors, but not usually in the most cheerful of moods. Truth be told, Eaglewing was just slightly nervous of them. Pawsteps beside him made him turn, and he saw Bearfur approaching. The silver tabby stepped forward, nodding in a friendly manner. "Morning, Bearfur!" he mewed, trying to draw the other tom out of his shell. "I hope we catch a lot of prey later; the fresh-kill pile's a little low today, don't you think?" He shifted closer to the entrance of the camp, moving out of the way of the various milling cats in the clearing.

BlizzardPaw kneaded the ground excitedly with his paws, flexing his claws. He liked to train, especially in battle. The moves he did he had to adjust in order to do them himself, having one eye and all. But he liked the challenge, in fact he preferred challenge. He trotted over to his mentor, his one eye gleaming with excitement. "Can I squeeze in a mouse before we go?" He asked hopefully. Though he liked to train, many cats thought he liked food most of all.

She turned and padded towards the camp entrance, sitting a good distance away from Bearfur and Egalewing. The cream and light ginger she-cat curled her tail around her paws, waiting for Blizzardpaw to finish his mouse.

Bearfur flicked his tail tip back and forth as Eaglewing spoke to him. "Good morning, Eaglewing." The gray-brown tom answered evenly, his eyes studying the younger Warrior for a moment before sweeping the clearing. "It's fairly low. If we each try for maybe two caches each, that would do some good. But there's also a few Apprentices going out, hopefully their mentors will do some hunting training."

Leopardpaw flicked her tail and looked for Stormfall. She knew she needed to find him to go out for training today, and she didn't want to miss any training she had time for. Bounding off to the Warriors Den, Leopardpaw searched for the gray tomcat.
