In all honesty, I wouldn't worry about why she's gone or if she'll be back. It has something to do with real life, probably school. Real life is far more important than a screen and a bunch of little pixels. I wouldn't start coming to any conclusions (I know it was a suggestion rather than conclusion, but I'm sure it's being thought somewhere) such as "she's not coming back", because if that were the case I doubt her username would still be blue.
Patience usually pays off. 8)

Most likely not. Malk is taking a break so she can deal with her real life at the moment so all of her adoptables are on hold for a while. This means no new Malks, including dragons. ;3

I don't think so. The dragons are based on books, so I doubt that we'll get a PPS dragon unless Malk continues to make them after she's done all the book dragons.
