Windkit opened her eyes and yawned, she smiled and paws Whitefoots muzzle.

Mintleaf purred, "Great! They are growing so fast, especially Tigerkit."

(Beachclan nursery. Windkit is Leafdawn's but she died while kitting.)

Whitefoot giggled and moved her nose side to side

"I see that." Sootfur said

Mintleaf purred and ate the leaves Sootfur brought in. "Thanks" she smiled.

Silverfeather padded up to Whitefoot and smiled, "How is Windkit doing" he asked in a hushed voice

Whitefoot looked up at Silverfeather. "She's doing great. She loves to play, mostly with me, but Aircloud is taking care of her since Leafdawn.. Can't." she said

Silverfeather nodded with a sadness in his eyes, "Do you or Windkit need anything" he asked in a friendly tone.

Windkit looked over at Silverfeather, she ran over to him the scraches still on her back "Hello!" She mewed smiling.

Silverfeather purred frowning for a second at the scratches but he smiled again, " Hi! Im Silverfeather!"

"I'm fine, just playing with Windkit, but if we need anything, I'll call for you." Whitefoot said watching the kit as she went to say hello. "Breezekit." she said, as if that would explain the scratches on the young kit's back

"Im kit!" Windkit said and ran around Silverfeather laughing.
