Oh my Gods! Andiliion this is stunning! I mean I really love the design! The paws are gorgeous, as are the teeth! The only thing is I feel like it ought to have something over its hips...maybe some sort of spine/spike or feathers or something..?

thanks guys x3 i really was gonna do horns, but then i remembered how much i dont like drawing them, and how much of a pain they are >.> and, alot of adoptables have horns anyway.

also, it was just for fun at first since i have 2 adoptables :p but i might make into a species if people were interested. If not, it would just end up being a character of mine. or forever stay this sketch

Hmmmm...there does seem to be something missing...I would have suggested Kudo-like horns that extend backwards.
But since you said you aren't fond of horns....what about, like, some sort of spikes? Or something like that? Perhaps used for defense/something similar?
I honestly think that skeletal wings and ram horns would just make it look like a thestral from Harry Potter XD

Or maybe you could even extend the ears, make them a bit longer so they extend into the empty space a bit? A frilled collar could be cool too, like those lizards that use it as a way of scaring predators away or something XD
Could be kind of neat ^^
