I bet that they don't even know, or care about how many people that they have insulted with those rules.

I do believe that the last rule is actually a threat... and an untrue one at that. They are basically saying that if you do not like their trades and you rant about it they will have a Moderator ban you. While we know this is malarkey (polite wording) there are some users that will be scared by this and feel pressured to accept unfair trades so they are not banned.
