They're extremely underrated and I don't think it's fair, not at all.
So I'll spam Oekaki with gift lines, hoping that it'll help.
You can only color these lines in if your CW was either an adoptable or non-character based custom.

I have a question.
I'm confused with the non-character based customs part.
Are you no allowed to color these lines if your custom is based off of a character from a movie/tv show, or all characters - such as original characters and sonas?

It also means OCs and 'sonas, except if they were originally Cinnamon Wolves. x3
