Hey guys, quick post to clarify something...
I just got a paypal dispute for a winter Wyrm breeding. I was shocked and baffled, because this person at NO point said anything to me about being unhappy. I've not received ANY notes, comments, or emails letting me know there was even a problem, which is incredibly frustrating from an artist standpoint. I'm not a mind reader, and if folks are unhappy, I have no way of knowing if they do not communicate with me.

Needless to say, I'm trying to work with out with the person, who I will not name, but in closing? If anyone has issues, PLEASE come to me! My email is posted on the wiki, and I've never had a problem with responding to handlers if they have an issue. My door is always open, and customer service is something I work very hard to provide to the best of my ability. But I can't do that if I don't know there is a problem.
As far as the winter breedings, I am going to be sending the international Wyrms out today, tomorrow, and Friday in staggered bunches. Pics will be posted as well. The second batch is being started along with convention stock, and once they are done, I will let everyone know. I am doing my VERY best to maintain work hours and be productive, but I ask folks to remember that I am ONE person doing all the sculpting, painting, and assembling, photos and posting pics, along with packing and shipping. All this while taking care of a little one, who is my first job, which is something I've been completely honest and up-front about from the start.
