Just a quick nudge:

Feel free to join the project if you've got Wyrms you own. Would be neat to see all the parts of the world where Wyrms are living now.

Hey guys, quick post to clarify something...

I just got a paypal dispute for a winter Wyrm breeding. I was shocked and baffled, because this person at NO point said anything to me about being unhappy. I've not received ANY notes, comments, or emails letting me know there was even a problem, which is incredibly frustrating from an artist standpoint. I'm not a mind reader, and if folks are unhappy, I have no way of knowing if they do not communicate with me. :/

Needless to say, I'm trying to work with out with the person, who I will not name, but in closing? If anyone has issues, PLEASE come to me! My email is posted on the wiki, and I've never had a problem with responding to handlers if they have an issue. My door is always open, and customer service is something I work very hard to provide to the best of my ability. But I can't do that if I don't know there is a problem.

As far as the winter breedings, I am going to be sending the international Wyrms out today, tomorrow, and Friday in staggered bunches. Pics will be posted as well. The second batch is being started along with convention stock, and once they are done, I will let everyone know. I am doing my VERY best to maintain work hours and be productive, but I ask folks to remember that I am ONE person doing all the sculpting, painting, and assembling, photos and posting pics, along with packing and shipping. All this while taking care of a little one, who is my first job, which is something I've been completely honest and up-front about from the start.

:grumbles and goes back to photo-ing and packing Wyrms:

Wow, I'm so sorry to hear that HM! I hope things get sorted out asap. :<

I'll keep following the progress of batch two and should it near my moving date I'll send you an email later with my new address.

You're doing a great job, too bad we can't clone you, then you'd have more help. <3

Oh jeeze... what happens then? I mean, if it's a breeding, it's not like you can sell it to someone else. :?
Be well!

We need to talk to the person in question.

In general, we ask for a $10 per Wyrm deposit, which is non-refundable. If at the time the Wyrm is complete, the person cannot pay for the remainder of their price, we will re-sell their hatchling(s) to cover costs. So yes, if you don't pay for your Wyrm, we can resell them, it states that on the Wiki.

This is obviously a different circumstance, since the Wyrms are not made yet, and it will be up to HMS to determine how she wants to move forward with it.

However, it is important for others to note, even if you paid in full, a portion of your cost has already gone to materials. Choosing to pull out of a breeding will likely /never/ get you the full cost you paid back. At the very least, you should be expected to cover the materials already purchased for your Wyrms.

HMS - I had sent you an e-mail a while back and never really heard anything in return. I was wondering if you had seen it?

I would suggest PMing her on the forums, or re-sending the e-mail.
