Mindy growled. "Then why did you get my sister pregnant if you aren't gonna stay!" She yelled, and threw him to the ground. "No just get out of here Jack! I don't Emily or Emma to see you! You ruined their lives!" She cried, stomping downstairs.

Emma nodded, and smiled slightly. Why Jack why.. she thought, and hold back the tears. "It is.."

Jackson hugged Scarlet. "Even if you are blind your my perfect angel."

Ashton giggled, and kissed her hand. "That's my nose."

Emily smiled, and giggled softly.

Jarrod looked at mindy confused

Jack growled and just lay o the floor, he cried hard and waited a while before standing up and grabbing the box out of the bin. He set it down on the bed and wrote a long note explaining why he couldn't stay, and why he was upset. The note was smudged with his tears but he finished it and put his doctors not and the note on the bed near the box so Emma knew everything.

Eliza nodded and walked over to Jackson smiling a bit

Scarlet giggled again and cuddled him

"Jarrod.. your brother is no longer in this family." Mindy said, and stared at him. "Why can't he stay with my sister and my niece. Why!?!" She cried, shaking her head.

Emma looked Jackson, Eliza, and Scarlet. She began crying, shaking her head. She got up, and ran out of the room unable to stay controled. "Why can't I just have a family.. I never did anything wrong." (Dude I am crying... god I feel bad for Emma)

Jackson looked up, and seen his sister run out of the room. He got up, and handed Scarlet to Eliza. "I'll be back" he ran after Emma.

Jarrod frowned "what?! You can't do that he's my brother!, my twin brother!" He whined starting to cry too.

Jack kept crying as he started to pack up his things. He didn't want to leave but mindy, Jackson and Eliza wouldn't let him stay.

Eliza frowned and nodded taking scarlet and walking over sittin next to Ashton who had emily

"Well your brother just ruined my sister's life! Are you on my side or his side?" She asked, and crossed her arms.

Emma sat in the hallway, crying silently. "Jack why. Why why why!" She cried, wanting him here hugging her comforting her. "I gave you everything you've ever wanted. I gave you a daughter, I always took care of you, always hugged and kissed you when you needed it.. but your not here for me.."

Jackson sat next to his sister, and hugged her tight. "Its already Emma. Who needs Jack. You have me, Eliza, Jarrod, and Mindy.."

Jarrod whimpered as he cried looking at his wife, he loved her do much but he loved his bother too but he was conected to him in a different way since they were nearly identical twins. He looked at her and didn't answer her question "mindy just imagine for a second… what happens if this was the same situation but with Jackson and Eliza, what happens if Jackson stuffed it and did what jack had done? Would you kick him out of the house? He's you brother mindy I don't think you would... And jacks just as close to me as you are, I can't choose between you and that's just not fair at all kicking him out!" He whined shouting the 'kicking him out' part. He didn't mean to be angry at mindy but he couldn't leave her evening he tried

Jack packed all his stuff he wanted into a backpack then walke down the stairs past the couple and bak towards the hospital to say goodbye to Emma and explain why he was leaving.

Eliza sighed and hugged scarlet

Mindy stared at him, angry boiled in her. "Your brother gonna leave my sister to raise HIS daughter for no reason!!" She yelled. "She's my twin too! Well we are triples but still. I need to choose what's best for her!! You need to choose Jarrod.. me, your wife, and might be the mother of child, or your brother the one who used to hurt you, hurt my sister over one thing. Make your choice Jarrod.." Mindy said softly, looking down.

"Its not the same! I want my Jack! The one who said he wold never leave me Jackson.. My first and only love.." Emma cried, and hugged him. "I-I can't raise Emily alone Jackson.. I just can't." She whispered, shaking.

Jackson frowned, and rubbed her back. "Stop crying Emma please.. Jack might have left but you might need to find someone else.." he whispered, frowning.

Jarrod winced a bit as he hugged himself not being able to choose "mindy I love you so much, please don't tell at me but he's still my brother, and your my wife I can't choose../" he whispered looking away from her

Jack walked down the street and back into the hospital. He walked down the hall and spotted Emma, he let out a shaky sigh and walked towards them hoping Jackson wouldn't get angry

Mindy hugged him tight, and closed her eyes. "Don't choose Jarrod. Just promise me one thing.. never ever leave me.."

Emma seen Jack, and curled up. Emma sobbed loudly, shaking her head. "N-no more.. no more.." she whispered in her lap, crying.

Jackson growled at Jack, standing up. "See what you did to my sister! She was all sweet and loveable BEFORE she met you! You ruined my sister Jack. She is saying she wants to die!"

Jarrod hugged her back tight and nodded "I will never ever leave" he promised her quietly

Jack whimpered and walked past Emma sitting down in the chair next to her, he hugged her gently "em I just want you to let me explain..." He started quietly "when Emily wanted you I took the chance to l-leave you because I didn't want Emily to grow up with me till she was like... 10 or 11 then I would just disappear from her life and your life forever!... I couldn't bare to tell you em..." He whispered
