High guys. I think this is very unfair to me in both but I need more experienced opinions in rarities.
In this one their asking for my Pink/Purple/White string Tess horse. And on this one for my Blue Ice Swirl dog, both are Advent List. What do you guys think?

Item trades: (notes are based on Items Guide thread)
#3 - full pumpkin set is apparently a mid 09 rare, balloon is mid 10 unc, not sure what half a set would be.
#4 - wings are an Oct/Nov 08 each, flower bracelet is mid 09 rare (pretty sure it's unfair to me, but confirmation would be nice)
#5 - based on items guide, the items are worth 2 Nov 08 rares + 1 early 09 rare + 2 mid 09 rares + 6 late 09 rares

Please, anyone?

Aside from these two, on this third trade, would this be a "fair" trade up to me or no because of "demand"?
