How many 2012-2010 uncommon bunnies is this horse worth?

I'd really appreciate some input on a couple of trades. Thank you for any advice given. ^-^

Pet trades:
#1 - Pretty sure it's good, but the aussie seems to be pretty popular lately, so idk.
#2 - I have zero idea how much the tree dog's worth has settled around, but the stores I know are around a late 10/early 11 rare.

Item trades: (notes are based on Items Guide thread)
#3 - full pumpkin set is apparently a mid 09 rare, balloon is mid 10 unc, not sure what half a set would be.
#4 - wings are an Oct/Nov 08 each, flower bracelet is mid 09 rare (pretty sure it's unfair to me, but confirmation would be nice)
#5 - based on items guide, the items are worth 2 Nov 08 rares + 1 early 09 rare + 2 mid 09 rares + 6 late 09 rares

I would say thats false advice because the UR Lion is OMG So rare and not very rare plus the UR Lion has good demand so I would say its fair but it might be slighty unfair to the Lion I am not quite sure but I know its not unfair the the Non-jewled.

I would say thats false advice because the UR Lion is OMG So rare and not very rare plus the UR Lion has good demand so I would say its fair but it might be slighty unfair to the Lion I am not quite sure but I know its not unfair the the Non-jewled.

If you look at the rares list, the Lion and Non-Jewel are on the same tier. Just because the Non-Jewel isn't OMGSR doesn't mean it's not worth the same.
