I can buy a handmade one off of etsy for $125, or make my own genderswap of Ten~
Now, money's tight right now, and if you have past experience with cosplaying and making your own, would you mind telling me which one would be cheaper?...

The 1st Doctor is actually a hoot. I just watched Classic Doctor Who on Netflix, and the very first ones, the Aztec ones, aren't bad! 10th, then 11th, then 1st, then 9th are my favorites. And of course Jack Harkness! ^^

I haven't done any proper cosplay, but what I would do is go around to various shops and websites to see how much it would cost to get all the individual items you need or the stuff you would need to make it.
But you probably knew that already. c:

I'm going to convince my mom to let me get a "Things I 've Learned from Doctor Who" poster. I already got her to let me buy a 3x2 foot zebra on canvas from IKEA, so I hope this will work. X3
