Una laughed slightly seeing the cub bite to hard on the plant stalk. She looked around at all the other lions and their mates. She felt a deep sadness inside. SHe wanted so badly to have her own cubs and mate, but her being a hearler prevented that. She looked down at Fuz. She considered him her cub. But... it wasn't the feeling of deep love that she had been waiting for.

Fuz looked up at Una almost fealing the sadness rolling off her like waves "Whats the mater?" he asked spiting out the aloe he had in his mouth

She looked down at the cub. She didn't want to cast her sadness on another, especially one of great youth. "Nothing dear one." She smiled at the cub. "Try biting with a little less force."

Fuz nodded "Ok" he said still concerned about his mentour and bit into another herb this time not getting any in his mouth

She smiled looking down at the cub. "Good job," she said. "Now you use the aloe to rub on the afflicted area. This should kill the bacteria and soothe the wound."

Fuz felt proud even though it was a small sucess. Fuz listened to Una tell him what the herb was used for and was intrested by the new words he was learning.

Ryuka saw Scaran with Nala. Crying, she ran to her den. "And I'm already going to have Scar's cubs!" she wailed. "But I love Scaran, too!"

(Little time skips. Kiara is having Fire's cubs!)

Kiara shreeked again. It hurt so badly. Finally, one cub popped out.

Zack rolled over onto his back, smilling at flaw "whatcha do'in?" he batted her ear playfuly

Flaw smiled, trying to hide that she was missing a leg. "Not much." she said, tugging his tail playfully with her only front leg
