"More coming!" She called down, rustling around more and knocking nuts down.

Ashpaw put the squirrel that she had all ready caught to the side as she waited for the next squirrel. She caught the next one easily and then put it with the other one. She crouched and got ready for the next one to come her way.

Rabbitfur purred and yowled at the top of her lungs, hissing and growling.

Ashpaw managed to catch two more so they ended up with four squirrels in all. She looked up at Rabbitfur." Good job!" She said and picked up two to bring back to camp with them." Can you grab the others?" She asked her.

Rabbitfur nodded and jumped down from branch to branch, than picked them up, some balancing on her head. "Oh ya, this looks good!" She said teasingly.

Ashpaw smiled with the squirrels in her mouth and giggled. She started to pad back to camp happy that they had caught so many. When they got back she dropped the squirrels she was carrying into the fresh kill pile.

Rabbitfur followed and dumped the prey in the pile, purring happily. "Well, that was fun!" She said, licking her paw.

" Yea." Ashpaw meowed and then started to pad off in the direction of the apprentice den. She turned and looked over her shoulder and said." I'm going to take a rest." Ashpaw then walked into the apprentice den and lied down to rest.

Rabbitfur nodded and went over to a nice sunny spot, laying down to rest. I can't wait to see Sunpaw! she thought happily.

Snowpaw frowned. "I-I'm not sure he's ever going to come back..." Fogpaw hadn't been around in a very, very long time, and Snowpaw was starting to lose hope. "I'm sorry, Silentpaw," he mewed soothingly, brushing his tail gently over her spine to comfort her.

"I... I know. I don't think he's ever coming back." She says, looking down. She sighs, and looks up at Snowpaw. "It's... Okay." Silentpaw smiles slightly.

History: When Spotted paw was only 6 moons old and just became an apprentice, she was attacked by a badger, she was nearly killed, but, she escaped with her life, just not the left side of her face. Spottedpaw has not given up hope that she will become a great warrior someday, although other do not seem to think so.
