Restless Leg Syndrome

I was practicing backgrounds and this idea came to mind.
This poor little guy's leg wings won't stop fluttering in his sleep.
Not quite sure where it's species comes from, I just made it up as I went.
No references used.
Timer is accurate, give or take about 10 minutes.
