Ｄａｒｋｃｌａｎ {Ｓｅｍｉ-Ｌｉｔ} Ａｃｃｅｐｔｉｎｇ

Silverstorm smiled at the new warrior. She was happy to have another cat join he ranks of warrior.

Hawk watched but his interest slowly faded as the ceremony went on.

Sky looked around at the cats and saw mostly happy and excited faces. Sky looked around some more and out of all these cats she noticed one, crouched in the shadows. He looked annoyed or perhaps just uninterested. Sky's smile vanished. She wished she could do something or at least talk to him. (Its flintpaw)

[despairz]

Brokenstar lifts his maw the sky and yowls,"Moonystrike! Moonystrike!" He nods to her and flicks his tail, dismissing the meeting.

Flintpaw gets up and pads from camp, the dark shadows hiding his dark black and grey pelt.

[squirelife]

Sky gets up and pads over to the apprentice who left. She winced slightly as she walked but tried to ignore the pain. Sky's leg still hurt but she was getting use to moving around on it. She did have to walk for days with Hawk after leaving their owners house. Once Sky was close enough to the apprentice to actually talk, Sky almost felt like retreating. How akward it would be trying to talk to someone when she couldn't even speak. I don't even know how to get his attention. Or even ask whats wrong. I-I should just leave... she thought.

[despairz]

Flintpaw pads out of the shadows, slinking around trees and over the border, into the forest of barren trees.

[squirelife]

Sky paused and frowned. Wh-what is he doing? she thought and slowly followed. She felt her heart pound and she kept thinking, go back! go back! but her body wouldn't move and she silently followed the strange cat.

[despairz]

Flintpaw sits with his back hunched, looking at three piles of rocks over mounds of dirt. He sighs and lays down, sprawling out in front of the graves. His brother and 2 sister lay at his paws, dead at birth. His mother had hate him for being the only surviving kit.

[squirelife]

Sky watched Flintpaw and felt a wave of guilt crash down on her. Her tail dropped at the sight of the graves. She knew what it was like to loose someone. I shouldn't be here She thought and finally turned to leave. Sky's light blue eyes looked back at Flintpaw as she left the small area.

[despairz]

Flintpaw, who was sure he was alone, moans lightly, sniffling as tears stream down his maw rapidly. A growl comes from behind him, and he leaps up, snarling at the massive fox standing before him. He leaps to the side and te fox dives for him, but slides past with a mouthful of dirt. He yowls and claws the back of its neck open, bring its tail hard.

[squirelife]

Sky heard a growl from behind her and quickly turns around. Her eyes grow wide at the sight of the fox, and Flintpaw who was battling it. Sky felt her heart pound inside her chest and swore it was so loud even the fox could hear it over his growls. Sky remained frozen for a moment but then the realization that her new clan mate may be in trouble made her move. Without even thinking of what may happened Sky went back to where Flintpaw and the fox were fighting.

The fix couldn't even get a scratch in before the young Tom snarls and flips it, slashing its neck open. It hudders and convulses, blood pumping from the wound. The black apprentice pads back to the rocks and flops down, closing his eyes.
