"Ok. Well after the clan meeting I want your to take a nap." The bold leader dips his head and leaps on the clan rocks, "All cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather here beneath clan rocks for a meeting!" He yowls.

Jayflight's eyes widened, shocked at his demand- she was afraid to go to sleep. The constant nightmares had been- no, she wasn't going to think about them then. Sighing inwardly, she padded over to join everyone underneath the High Rock.

[-Bacon]

Silentgaze's head pops from behind the herb storage, "Yes?" She asks, strolling out. She blinks at the tom, awaiting for what he needed. Nothing seemed wrong; he might just have a thorn in his paw or something.

"Could you do something for me? I figured that since you are the medicine cat, you could see if Russetleap is expecting our kits." Thorntail tried hard to make his words not sound awkward.

Silentgaze nods, "I'll check now." She mutters and trots out, scenting the air for the she-cat. The young medicine cat quickly finds her and trots over, running her paws over her belly. "I would assume 3." She says and dips her head to the tom and she-cat. "May Starclan bless these kits." She says and flicks her tail, trotting away and disappearing around the crack and into the rock crevice.

Russetleap's eyes lit up, ignoring the pain as Silentgaze prodded her stomach, guessing the number of kits. "Kits!" She purred, turning her gaze to Thorntail once she had left. A mixture of emotions rustled through her from nose to tail tip, her heart lurched at the thought of giving up her warrior duties for moons, and becoming a lazy ol' queen, sleeping constantly in the nursery. That was the last thing she wanted. But, to become a mother, and with her love, Thorntail, she could ignore it for just a bit. Her ears pricked and head swivled around as cats gathered under the High Rock. She hauled herself to her paws, and twined her tail with Thorntail's, smiling softly. She then looked around the crowd, watching as Rootclaw sat anxiously at one side, tail flicking nervously, then to Fireleaf, making sure to keep by Firefly, the new arrival's side. Brighteyes stood next to a group of other warriors, and Koipaw sat right at the back of the clan solemnly. His head and tail drooping. Something had really gotten to him, she had to remind herself to go speak to him later. She then looked around at the other apprentices, and noticed that Cricketpaw, Greypaw and Yuccapaw were all missing. Oh Star Clan!! She thought, her heart beating faster, No wonder Koipaw is so upset! Where are they? Where are the apprentices?!

Cricketpaw paced besides his brother, eager to find his friends. He sniffed the air and pointed in a diraction that whent out of the forest.

Greypaw looks at the sky, blinking a few times before putting his head down.

Darkstar nods, "It is time to make some new apprentices!" He yowls.

Thorntail padded up to Russetleap, seeing fear in her eyes as he looked to the spot where three appprentices were supposed to be. "What's wrong?" he asked, licking her ears lovingly and to soothe her.

Firekit wanted 'fun' which was something he can only imagine in his own ways. He got up and pounced on Greykit softly "Hey Greykit! Show me what you can do!" He chuckled. Greykit gave a happy smile, then rolled on him "Ha!" Firekit laughed along, they both tumbled around in the nursery.

Tinycloud squeezed from the nursery, shoving her kits out with her. She bent down and tried to groom Pricklekits pelt, but no matter what his fur continued to stand up.

"Mom!" The kit protested, walking forward.

[despairz]

Darkstar purrs, "Pricklekit, Sprucekit step forward." The leader smiles, his eyes blazing in the darkening sky.
