I think I know the answer, but here's a question.

Which is better for The Perks of Being a Wallflower - book or movie?
I haven't seen/read it and I want to know which one I should do first.

When I finally watched the movie, I was glad I'd waited and read the book first.

@music., I haven't seen the movie, but I absolutely adored the book with every fiber of my being. It was excellent!

Just out of curiosity, has anyone here read Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card? I read it on the weekend (in one sitting), and, my gosh, it was amazing! It was one of those books that you finish, then have to spend ten minutes staring at the ceiling simply processing. I got the sequel today, and I've heard it's not as good. Can anyone verify or denounce that statement?

As well, I started City of Bones, the first book in the Mortal Instruments series last night. It's okay so far -not riveting, but not half bad either. Has anyone else read it? How'd you like it?

I'm reading Ender's Game for school right now. I like it, but I really dislike the character Ender. I dont know quite why, I just don't. It's on like chapter 11 or 12, but I need to finish it tomorrow for school. I could picture myself reading it in one sitting, but I didn't because it's for a book discussion thing. I really hate those, when they force you into a group with people you don't really know and then make you talk about books >.< But yeah. I'm reading it. I don't know about the sequel.

I've read Enders game! It's so very good! But I'm not so sure about the sequels.

Also, dos anybody else do this? They write when they started and finished the book in the front of it? Because I do that, and have been since forever.

I've read Ender's Game as well, I agree that it was awesome. I personally didn't like what I read of the sequel as much, as I thought the first book would be fine as a stand alone, but y'know.

How many of the above symptoms you regularly experience: I bring books to lunch, laugh loud and fell in love
with a character, but fortunately I got over him and forgot who he was.- Much better than in reality. And sometimes I read until 3 am

Maybe you don't like these books because you are forced to read them for school, but where I come from ,
we have other books to read there. I like fantasy novels and series, but often can't remember their names.
And maybe my grammar is bad, because English is not my native language and I won't find some booktitles in English.

What's your opinion on audio books? Do you like them? Are there certain ones you prefer?
I rather like them when I'm too tired to keep my eyes open or when I'm in the car and can't read.

Has anyone read Dealing with Dragons? I'm thinking about reading it. Is it good?
