Ember heard chief call her name a couple of times. "Chief, I escaped from the pound!" she barked as she jumped on him and put her nose to his. She wagged her tail and licked her mate's muzzle all around till his fur was matted down.

{•} Silverheart looked at the sandwich. It looked like it would be easy to eat. Her jaw ache was fading away, so she wouldn't even have to worry. She curled her lips into a warm smile. The fae reached out and picked up the sandwich in her mouth, careful not to crush it. She laid down and took a bite.

This is delicious! "This is delicious! Thank you so very much!" She jumped delightfully. Silverheart was never really offered such a gift in a while. She was overjoyed to have made a friend, but she put a cap on her happiness and calmed down. "My name is Silverheart" A calm voice sighed, Silverheart knew she could trust this dog.{•}

"A word to the wise ain't necessary, it's the stupid ones who need advice."

{•} Obsidian sighed. "Yeah. I had everything perfect. I didn't have to hunt, scrounge trash, or fight. I'm gonna have to teach myself." He began to ponder about what his humans ate. That's what he needed. He remembered the flat crunchy things that came in bags. What's the word for those again? They were great. He also remembered when the children snuck him those, um, chips! That was it!

The great memories of his family helped him remember. But it also pained him to think they were all gone. It was all his fault. They're probably crying because I left. I have to get back to them. They don't deserve that. He looked at the kind fae again. Her eyes sparkled a bit. Is she sad now? Stupid me. "Um, are you okay?" He asked. He half expected her to lash out at him for bringing it up. He braced himself to make a great getaway.{•}

Chief smiles and laughs lightly. "Oh Ember. I've missed you so much and so have the pups." He tells her as he licks her muzzle. He nuzzles her chest and his tail wags happily. "Want to go see the pups?" He asks her happily. "They have missed you so much.

louis giggled and swam after him. her one goal was to splash him back. she only managed to nip his tail, then she decided to play a prank. she let out a yelp and swam to the very bottom, resting her belly on the lake floor. she gazed up, wondering what he would do.

sami knows and says quietly," okay. the female can be named after my mother, kai. " when she heard his request, she nodded and picked up the pups, paddi over to indigo. " can you watch them really quick please? " sami asked quietly.

indigo nodded, laying the pups at her side and curling around them.

sami padded back, sitting in front of kane with a quiet yawn. she blinked her mocha brown eyes and looked at him, waiting.

CJ stops and spins around. "Louis?" He barked worriedly then looked underwater to see if she went under. He sees her on the bottom and swims down to the bottom to get her. He nuzzles her side lightly and moves her onto his back swimming her back up to the surface.

louis stayed limp on his back, wondering how long she could keep up this act. she had a plan though, and had very high hopes for it. { wb }

CJ swam to the shore with Louis on his back. He laid her down on the beach and nuzzled her. "Louis?" He called her name not knowing what to do now. "Louis. Wake up, Louis." He licked her belly gently and looked around to see if anyone was around.

louis snapped her head to face him and spat put the water she had in her mouth at him. she hopped up and shook out her pelt, giggling. " haha! i'm victorious! " she licked his nose and chuckled, sitting down and using her hind leg to scratch her ear.

CJ looked confused. "You were just acting?" he asks still with worry in his voice. He started to lick her fur clean. "You're sure you are ok? You aren't hurt?" (WB g2g)

louis nodded and licked his ear. " i promise, i'm fine. i just wanted to splash you. " she giggled again and wagged her tail. she then stopped and turned serious. " you aren't mad...are you? "
