No, I haven't moderated any Oekaki-like forums before, but I had moderated on a website as a global moderator before. Sadly it was deleted for inactivity on the fourteenth.
Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw?
Not to draw, but I frequent the Editable oekaki often and colour in templates and such.
Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there?
Yes, I do. It's one of the ways I spend my free time on here other than trading.
Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS?
Because I love the art and creativity on this site. I am aware of the inappropriate art that may be posted, and would like to help keep Chicken Smoothie as kid-friendly as possible while keeping it as fun as it already is.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example have you had any experience in peer mediation? Have you had a ton of experience using the oekaki program?)
I had taken peer counseling for a time, if that would help with anything on here. I also have basic knowledge of the Oekaki program, and how to use it.

Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS?
I saw a couple of art theft situations and some art which didn't belong on a certain board before, the most i could do was to report the post, but i don't want to just do that anymore, i want to actually deal with the situation.

I've used oekaki since 2011, i know alot about its tools and techniques.

Yes, a few times. I mostly use my ipad for the internet, and it doesn't support java, so I can't get on much, but I try. :3

Yes; I love browsing the board! I usually don't comment, but I enjoy looking at the art.

 I love CS; I've been gone for a while, but I've gotten back into the site and I realized how much fun it was. I want to contribute to CS somehow, and being a moderator would be a great way to do this. I also love art. This site is full of artists, and making the oekaki board better would give them a great place to draw and discuss artwork.
 Sometimes I see art theft and drawings placed in the wrong boards, as well as a few rude comments. Thankfully, this doesn't happen often, but getting rid of it completely would definitely help. I want to make the oekaki board a better place.
•Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example have you had any experience in peer mediation? Have you had a ton of experience using the oekaki program?) I'm skilled with BB Code; that may help with some parts of moderating :3 I also spent a while experimenting with the oekaki tools.

I have currently made 4308 posts on my time here on CS. I don't make that many posts a day because I usually don't feel the need that post unless its important.

I go on every day I can, which is usually all the time. Most of the time, I have a lot of down time to play on CS^^

Around 4-5 hours a day. At most, I could be on all day.

I do, but rarely. Ever since my tablet broke, I haven't been very keen to draw on the computer because its slmost impossible to draw on my laptop xD

Of course! I love looking at different peoples art. I love how each person has a unique style, and ways of using the Oekaki.

Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS?
Several reasons actually. First; I love CS. It's where I like to get away from real life and spend my time. It helps me get away from stuff like homework and other big responsibilities that aren't as much fun to do. When I'm on CS I feel that I can make more of a difference, people listen to each ithets opinions more.
Second; it's because I love to help people. I don't know why, but I have the urge whenever someone needs help, for me to help them. I enjoy people's reactions when they receive good advice/get help from another person just like them. It makes me have this warm fuzzy feeling inside.
Third; is because I would go anything for CS. This place is my second "home". I've always wanted to help it grow and developer into a beautiful site (not that it already is) but help it mature more. I've always wanted to go to my friend and say; "Hey look at this amazing website guys!" And gave them join. It worked for some, like my brother and some of my best friends, but the others are too stuck up and judged CS before playing it. I've always wanted to help them understand this game and get them to play with me.
Fourth; is the art itself. What people do on CS is amazing and unforgettable. People on the Oekaki boards can do amazing things even if its just by a mouse! I love how people include meaning and tranquility into their art prices to give it that final touch. The Oekaki boards are honestly one of my favorite places because of the variety. Everyone is different there and has their own opinions.

I consider myself a very patient person. I've never really "yelled" at anyone on this site, and I've never done anything to hurt someone on purpose. When trading, I've always tryes to be as nice as possible, even if the other trader is being agrivating.

How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? Prior to baby, I was on more than I have been lately. I used to peruse the art, play in the forums and spend hours wandering. 2-5 on a regular basis if I had to estimate.
Have you moderated on any other forums before? If so, please link to them No. But I'm a mom, so I moderate all day long. *laughs*
Have you ever used the CS oekaki to draw? Yes! It's a fantastic art block breaker, stress relief and creative toy.
Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there? I do actually. I really like seeing what people can do with the program. It amazes me all the time.
Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS? Honestly, I'm going to have more time again soon, and I'll be at my desk more of the day than I would really like to be. I know a good deal of that will be waiting on return emails and photo editing for my job. So I'll have lots of time to spare again. (Outside of having a baby on my knee and trying to type himself!)
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position I'm a mom, I deal with spats, rules and such on a regular basis, but outside of that I have taught Pre-k and been one of the team leaders of an Etsy group. The latter required me to work with other leaders and keep the peace in our team forum. Though being we were almost all adults, there wasn't a ton of keeping the peace needed. It was more motivational work since artists are nearly all procrastinators. *chuckles*

Ever since I first joined, I've wanted to do something to contribute to the site and help as many people as I can. And I think this is my chance to. Heck, I can't go one day without viewing art in these forums. The Oekaki forums is my favorite part of the CS site. My entire life I've wanted to be an artist, and having a job like this would be amazing.

Well I just really love the Oekaki and drawing, it is what I really enjoy doing
here on CS. I think I have the adatude for it, im never very harsh or crule but I can
take action when it needs to be taken. I love to help people with the Oekaki, I just enjoy
doing join mes with members who need help figuring out shadeing or any thing else. And becomeing
a part of the staff would be lovely <3 i would just love to work with them all. when I was just starting out
I got lots of help from all the mods' and staff members, so I would really love to make there job a bit easer and help
out with the Oekaki. One more reason is that I just love to make people happy, if they are happy i am too <3

Do you ever spend much time browsing the oekaki board just to look at the art posted there? About 1/3 of the time I'm on. The art is so amazing, but I'm surprized some things were allowed to post. Just yesterday, somebody posted the same thing so many times, it filled up the whole front page.
Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS? The art is amazing. I want to make sure CS is a safe and happy enviornment, as the world and internet haven't been lately. I need a place to cool down, and CS is a nice place. People are normally nice, and forum the TheComfortCorner help me feel better.

I haven't had a ton of experience with the Oekaki, but I have had a lot. I am really god helping other people. Everybody at my school seems to come to me with a problem. I am normally very forgiving, even when I am not in the best mood. Over the internet is a great place for me to help you. I can't tell you or show you how stupid I think your problem is, and almost every problem that comes to me is solved.

Thank you for this amazing experience on CS, it has been amzing. Being able to help people like this would just make it better. I understand if I am not picked, there a probably better canidates than me.

I sometimes scroll through the Oekaki adoptable boards and Contest ones and sometimes Beginners.Everyone has a unique way of drawing and style which I love to see.

Why do you want to be an oekaki moderator for CS?
Being a moderator or be a CS staff member has always been a dream of mine ever since I found out what a 'moderator' was hehe.Helping people has been a goal for me and I wish to help as many people as I can,especially younger kids and in this case COPPAS.I wish to keep the Oekaki board as clean as possible and make it spam free.Nobody needs to see anything disgusting here as the community is just to nice.<3

Well I'm good at breaking up fights and calming others down.In my class there is a guy who gets called 'Spazz' alot and others just make him freak out.I help him forget about them and make him feel better.I believe nobody deserves to be bullied and made fun of.I'm kind of like a Human Whisperer I guess.eue
