Icepaw waited by the thunder path. Shadow and blade were already across. Icepaw nodded and Soul fire ran across. She stood by Fang. "let DarkPaw go next, they we'll go across together" she said. Fang nodded alright.

Nightkit ran to one side of the den. Featherkit walked to the other side. They sat down and looked away from each other.[/center]

Darkpaw blinked giving acknowledgement to what Icepaw said. He walked up to the edge of the thunderpath and almost gagged. The awful smell that came off it was horrible. He would never get used to this two-leg place. When he didn't see any cars he ran forwards darting across the path and stopping safe on the other side.

Rosepetal grabbed Mosskit and continued licking him while he squirmed. "Mom!" he complained. Jaggedkit saw his chance and snuck over towards Nightkit. "Why were yo

IcePaw looked twice. Up the road and down the road. "Alright. lets go." she said. Fang limped across keeping his pace steady yet quick. He was in the middle of the road when a car came over the hill. Icepaw hissed and pushed Fang across. She made it over but yelped as the car's tire ran over her tail. She ran over to them. Fang behing her.

Nightkit stared at him. "we were playing tag, and I stopped because featherkit couldn't catch me. She rolled over me and we got into a big fight. thats when your mom broke us up." he said quietly. He stared at the ground as he talked. "our mom would allow it what so ever. so we kinda got a break." he added.

LostClaw wandered around camp. 'what should i do? is the clan in need of food?' she wondered walked around. She looked at the leader's den and saw bones. she gasped and walked up to the leader. "L-leafstar?" she asked quietly, her voice almost a whisper.

Darkpaw's ears pricked and his eyes widened. "Are you alright?" He had heard of cats who had lost their tails. They could barely climb trees and there hunting and battle moves were ruined because their tail was the thing that gave them balance.

Jaggedkit shrugged and stood up. "Oh. I thought you were..nevermind." He turned and started walking back to Rosepetal.

Leafstar looked up at Lostclaw. She smiled faintly though her eyes had lost their sparkle. "I'm fine Lostface. Scarflight has given me strengthening herbs. And besides, I have more than one life to give for my clan."

Icepaw nodded. "yeah, the stupid car ran over my tail..." she said. She looked at Fang. "you alright?" she asked. Fang nodded. "yep. just fine. thanks." he said lying down. IcePaw shook her head. "wow, that was close. ok, lets go. we can stay at that badget set like we did before." she said slowly walking off. Soulfire looked at IcePaw then to Shadow. "she isn't ok." she said. Shadow nodded. "I agree." she said. They followed IcePaw.

Nightkit shook his head and layed down. he closed his eyes and fell sleep. Featherkit layed down and fell asleep too.

LostClaw lilted her head. "Lostface? oh, um... It's LostClaw. but ok." she said quietly, trying not to be rude about it. "oh, is there anything i could do? i mean i could help with something right?" she asked, sitting down next to her leaders side. She looekd at the bones. "have you been eating these? you really don't look good." she said softly. 'I hope the clan isn't in danger....' she thought.

Leafstar shook her head and her her body shook with it. "Oh I'm so sorry. I guess going on a low stomach can make you lose your head." She meowed. She smiled at her own mistake of accidentily calling Lostclaw Lostface. One of the famous warriors of the old clans. "I suppose you could take out a patrol. Not that we'll get much anyways." She added on bitterly.

Jaggedkit hissed as his sister jumped in front of him. "Jag will you play leap frog with me?" she asked her blue eyes shining hopefully. Jaggedkit spat. "Don't call me that!"

Darkpaw narrowed his eyes as he heard what they said. Her tail was at least broken at the best after being attacked by a monster she was actually pretty lucky that was all it could grab onto.
